The Clinical Observation Of Ling Qi Banxia Decoction In Thetreatment Of H-type Hypertension(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ling Qi Banxia Decoction on patients with h-type hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type)and to explore its mechanism of actionMethod:60 patients with h-type hypertension with syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,control and treatment group,each group of 30 cases.All the patients were given the basic treatment of western medicine.In the treatment group,ling qi pinxia decoction was added on the basis of the control group,one dose a day.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks,then to observe and analysis of the changes of two groups before and after treatment of 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure,homocysteine levels,TCM syndrome integral.Results:Experimental studies showed that after treatment,the parameters of 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure,Hcy level and TCM symptom integral of patients in the control group and the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the reduction of 24hDBP、SBP-L(%)、DBP-L(%)、Hcy level and TCM symptom integral in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Ling Qi Banxia decoction can reduce 24hSBP,24hDBP,SBP-L(%),DBP-L(%)in patients with h-type hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis internode type),improve the circadian rhythm of blood pressure,and is better than control group in 24hDBP,SBP-L(%),DBP-L(%).2.Ling Qi Banxia decoction can significantly reduce the level of homocysteine in patients with h-type hypertension.3.Ling Qi Banxia decoction can not only achieve the effect of antihypertensive treatment but also improve the TCM symptoms of patients.
