Clinical Study On The Treatment Of 2 Grade Of Hypertension (Phlegm-blood Stasis And Collaterals Syndrome) With Banxia And Tianma Decoction

Purpose:To observe clinical control study,we observed the clinical curative effect and safety of the treatment of 2-class hypertension of phlegm-blood stasis and the combination of the Banxia decoction of Pinellia atractylodes and benzene sulfonic acid(Shihuida),and provided a new reference and treatment method for 2-level hypertension..Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for 150 cases,all patients for 4 weeks of Shihuida,each 2.5mg,1 times oral treatment,after the end of treatment,with blood pressure <140/90 mmhg as the standard,the substandard patients were randomly grouped,named as treatment group and control group,The treatment group on the basis of the original antihypertensive drugs combined with Banxia atractylodes Macrocephala decoction,the control group on the basis of the original antihypertensive drugs combined with perindopril tablets,4mg per day,1 times orally.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks,using blood pressure and TCM syndrome score as the curative effect criterion,the clinical curative effect of treating 2 hypertension with Shihuida and the addition of Banxia Atractylodes elata decoction was compared,and the clinical curative effect and adverse drug reaction of the combination of Shihuida and perindopril tablets were combined with the decoction of Banxia atractylodes Macrocephala.Results:(1)SBP and DBP were significantly lower in the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The antihypertensive effect of the two groups was equivalent,and the total effective rate was 97.37% and 94.74%,respectively.(2)The TCM symptoms of the experimental group and the control group improved after treatment.The efficacy of the experimental group(100% total efficiency)was better than that of the control group(89.47% of the total effective rate).The clinical efficacy of headache,vomiting,head weight,insomnia,palpitation,and shortness of breath were significantly different(p<0.05).(3)During the treatment period and after the treatment,none of the patients in the experimental group experienced any symptoms of discomfort and abnormal changes in liver and kidney function.In the control group,1 patient had a worsening of headache,1 case hadworsening of dizziness,2 cases had sleep disorder,and the test group was safer than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Modified Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of hypertension,and the combination of Shihuida can improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment of hypertension.(2)The combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Shihuida in the treatment of high blood pressure and Shihuida combined with perindopril have similar antihypertensive effect and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patient in headache,vomiting,weight,insomnia,palpitation and shortness.Gas treatment has obvious advantages,no adverse reactions,medication safety,and can be applied to patients with clinical hypertension.
