Clinical Observation On The Modified Zexie Decoction In Treating (Mutual Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) H Type Hypertension Complicated Whit Hypercholesterlemia

Objective: To observe the influences of modified Ze Xie decoction on the clinical symptoms,clinic blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure,fasting serum of homocysteine(Hcy),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and TCM syndrome scores of(Mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)H-type Hypertension Complicated with Hypercholesterolemia.To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Ze Xie decoction.Method: The experiment selected 48 patients with H-type hypertension patients satisfied inclusion criteria from outpatient department of Cardiology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.These patients were divided into trial group(n=24)and control group(n=24)by random number table.The trial group was treated with basic western medicine combined with modified Zexie decoction,while the control group was treated with basic western medicine.After 4 weeks of treatment,to observe the clinical symptoms,clinic blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure,Hcy,TC,LDL-C and TCM syndrome score of the patients before and after medication.And use the SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and data processing.Result:1.General data comparison: In terms of gender,age,course,there was no statistical difference between the two groups,patients of two groups were comparable(P>0.05);2.Efficacy of blood pressure comparison: 24 h,daytime and night mean diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure decreased in both groups after treatment,especially the trial group were significantly lower(P<0.05).After 14 and 28 days of treatment,resting blood pressure in both groups decreased to different degrees,the best effect was found after 28 days of treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease range was different between the two groups,the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure was 91.67% in the trial group and 79.17% in the control group.3.Serum Hcy comparison: After treatment,the patients in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),especially the trial group was significantly lower(P<0.05).4.Serum TC and LDL-C comparison: After treatment,the patients in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),especially the trial group was significantly lower(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score comparison: After treatment,the patients in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),especially the trial group patients were relieved better than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the trial group was 87.50%,and in the control group was 70.83%.Conclusion:1.The modified Ze Xie decoction combined with basic western medicine can reduce the resting blood pressure and dynamic blood pressure of H-type hypertension complicated by phlegm and blood stasis,and the effect is better than that of the basic western medicine treatment group,and the antihypertensive effect is obvious.2.The modified Ze Xie decoction combined with basic western medicine can reduce serum Hcy,TC and LDL-C levels in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by phlegm and blood stasis,and the effect is better than that of the basic western medicine treatment group.3.The modified Ze Xie decoction combined with basic western medicine can reduce the TCM syndrome score of H-type hypertension with phlegm-stasis interaction,and the effect is better than that of the basic western medicine treatment group,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
