The New Addition Yanghe Decoction On The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Clinical Research

Purpose:To study the TCM knowledge of hashimoto’s thyroiditis,invigorating Qi warming Yang and resolving phlegm method is used to treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis Yang-deficiency and phlegm stagnation syndrome.Through randomized controlled clinical trials,using the method of invigorating Qi warming Yang and resolving phlegm to observe of hashimoto’s thyroiditis Yang-deficiency and phlegm stagnation syndrome of TCM syndrome,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAB,TMAB,thyroid ultrasound,liver and kidney function change,evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,discuss the mechanism of treatment of the disease,is conducive to better the future clinical application.Methods: using randomized controlled methods,would be consistent with Hashimoto thyroiditis Yang-deficiency and phlegm stagnation syndrome diagnostic criteria of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine,Chinese medicine treatment group plus invigorating Qi warming Yang and resolving phlegm decoction daily 1 agent,treatment for 3 months.Before and after treatment in the two groups respectively to evaluate the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAB,TMAB,thyroid ultrasound,liver and kidney function,and adverse reaction and compliance of patients.The complete data carries on statistics analysis by the SPSS19.0 statistics software.Results: The diagnosis and included Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis patients with 60 cases.30 cases of treated group,while 30 cases of controlled group.Prior treatment,the gender,age,course of disease of the two groups patients had no differences.(1)Two groups of diseases before and after treatment: treatment group total effective rate 90%;the control group total effective rate 63.3%.Treatment group total effective rate is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total effective rate of treated group patients was 93.3%,while the controlled group was 70%.The treated group had an advantage than the controlled group(P<0.05).(3)Two groups of patients with main symptoms after treatment than before treatment has significantly improved(P<0.05).Comparison between treatment,fatigue,chills,soreness of waist,face white,edema,poor appetite improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Two groups after treatment in patients with TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4 are improved(P<0.05),and treatment improvement better than control group,TT3 and FT3,FT4,statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Treatment significantly decreased in the group after treatment of TGAB,TMAB(P<0.05 or P<0.01),better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)Two groups of patients after treatment of enlarged thyroid have a certain degree of improvement in both,4 have been converted to non-goiter in treatment group.Comparison of before and after treatment,there are significant differences(P<0.05).Comparison among groups,treatment efficacy in reducing thyroid volume significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(7)safety index:The liver and kidney function tests of two groups were within the normal range.Control group had 5 cases of leukopenia treated by conventional appears to return to normal.Two groups had no other unhealthy response.Conclusion: From the preliminary clinical study view,invigorating Qi warming Yang and resolving phlegm method can obviously improve patients’ clinical symptoms and syndrome integral;traditional chinese medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and syndromes in patients with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis points,adjusting thyroid hormone levels and thyroid antibodies,improving the degree of goiter,and had no hepatic and renal impairment,treatment of the disease is safe and efficient,and worthy of further study.
