Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Insomnia With Deficiency Of Both Heart And Spleen Type Treated By Acupuncture Manipulation With Flat Wrist And Stand Pointer

Objective:Clinical efficacy observation of insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen type treated by acupuncture manipulation with flat wrist and stand pointer,through the establishment of a control study,comparing flat wrist and stand pointer acupuncture manipulation and use of Chinese patent medicine gui pi pill both the clinical difference of deficiency of heart and spleen type of insomnia,providing a safe and effective new method for the clinical treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods:72 patients with insomnia due to deficiency of heart and spleen were collected and divided into treatment group and comparison group by random number method.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture manipulation with flat wrist and vertical needle,once every other day,30 days(15 times)for one course of treatment.The control group was treated with gui pi pellet of oral Chinese patent medicine,for 30 consecutive days for one course of treatment.Treatment before and after a course of treatment at the same time and place by a specially-assigned person changes of quality index PSQI scale,HAMA scale,HAMD scale and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed.IBM SPSS24.0 and GraphPad Prism8.01 was used for statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:1.72 cases were included,6 cases were exfoliated,66 cases were actually completed,33 cases in therapeutic group and 33 cases in control group.The scores of each component and total score of PSQI,HAMA score,HAMD score and TCM syndrome score of patients in the two groups before treatment were compared,after statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.2.Evaluation of PSQI scale:after treatment,the scores and total scores of all components of PSQI in the two groups decreased compared with the previous group(P<0.05);Among them,the therapeutic group is better than the control group in reducing patients’ total PSQI score,shortening sleep latency,prolonging sleep duration,conditioning sleep quality and improving daytime dysfunction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the efficacy of hypnotic drugs in improving sleep efficiency was similar between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Assessment of HAMA scale: HAMA scores of patients were improved before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the therapeutic group precede the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Assessment of HAMD scale: HAMA scores of patients were improved before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the therapeutic group precede the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score and its efficacy evaluation: both groups of patients showed improvement in TCM syndrome score before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the comparison group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 84.85%,The effective rate of TCM symptoms in the comparison group was72.73%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),This shows that the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group is better than that in the comparison group.6.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the overall response rate of the therapeutic group was 87.88%,and that of the comparison group was 75.76%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of acupuncture manipulation with flat wrist and vertical needle was significantly better than that of gui pi pill,a Chinese patent medicine,in the therapy of agrypnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen type,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen Type treated by acupuncture manipulation with flat wrist and stand pointer can shorten the time of falling asleep,prolong the sleep time,improve the sleep quality,improve the daytime dysfunction,and reduce the PSQI total score,HAMA score and HAMD score.2.Insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen Type treated by acupuncture manipulation with flat wrist and stand pointer can improve the TCM clinical symptoms of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.3.Flat wrist and vertical finger acupuncture manipulation treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen curative effect affirmation,and worth popularizing.
