Objective: To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on the primary caregivers of patients with first stroke,so as to reduce their care burden, improve their care level, enhance their care confidence and readiness, and provide scientific methods and effective clinical evidence for the study on the primary caregivers of patients with first stroke. Methods: Select rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university neurology,in March 2019-November 2019 into standard during starting primary caregivers of 97 cases of hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy, fall off in the process of project implementation in 3 starting main caregivers hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy, according to the process of loss after processing into 94 cases starting main caregivers hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy,it were randomly divided into two groups, intervention group and control group of 47 cases respectively. On the basis of routine neurology nursing, the intervention group implemented a collaborative nursing model with multidisciplinary organization of medical team, patients and primary caregivers, while the control group implemented routine neurology nursing. The Chinese Zarit Burden Scale(Zarit Burden Interview),Chinese FCTI Caregiver Task Inventory(Family Caregiver Task Inventory)and Chinese CPS Caregiver Preparedness Scale(Caregiver Preparedness Scale)were used to evaluate the care Burden, care ability and care preparation of primary caregivers for inpatients with first stroke before and after the coordinated care mode intervention.SPSS 24.0 software wasused to analyze the improvement of nursing burden, nursing ability and nursing readiness of primary caregivers for patients with first stroke.Results:(1)baseline data were compared before the intervention of the collaborative nursing model, and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the general survey data, the care burden of the main caregivers, the care ability and the care readiness(P>0.05).(2)After the intervention of the cooperative nursing mode, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the care burden, the scores of each dimension of the care burden, the scores of each dimension of the care ability, the scores of each dimension of the care ability, the scores of the care readiness, and the aspects(P < 0.05).(3)Before and after the intervention of the collaborative nursing model, the differences of the difference in the care burden, care ability and care readiness of the primary caregivers of hospitalized patients with first stroke were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Collaborative nursing model can effectively reduce the burden of primary caregivers for patients with first stroke, improve the ability of care, and improve the degree of care readiness. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
