Objective:To investigate the effect of collaborative care model on relieving the burden of care by investigating and evaluating the burden of caregivers of patients undergoing neurosurgical intracranial tumor hospitalization,so as to provide a solution to reduce the burden of care and improve the quality of life Strategy. Methods:The main caregivers of patients with intracranial tumors treated with neurosurgery at a 3AGrade hospital in Wuhan City from August 2017 to October 2017 were selected as subjects. The experimental group and control group were 34 people.Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI)was used to assess the questionnaires issued by the main caregivers of patients with intracranial tumors treated with neurosurgery at a 3A Grade hospital in Wuhan City. The experimental group was guided by the collaborative care model, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. Results:After the intervention, the main caregivers of the experimental group 29.34 ± 12.13 were lower than the control group 33.17 ± 9.71.The time dependency burden, physical burden, social burden and emotional burden of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CBI scores of the two groups were 36.21 ±11.73 and 29.34 ± 12.13 before and after the intervention model. The scores of the five dimensions after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention, among them, the differences of time-dependent burden, physical burden, social burden and emotional burden were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CBI scores of the control group were 36.56 ± 10.89 and 33.17 ± 9.71 respectively before and after the routine nursing model. And the total score of 5 dimensions after routine nursing was lower than that before routine nursing. The difference of time burden, physical burden and social burden was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the burden of development and the emotional burden(P>0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of collaborative care models for the primary caregivers of patients with intracranial tumors is able to reduce the caregiver's care burden, and reduce the effect is better than the conventional nursing model.
