Objective: To analyze the curative effect of osteotomy guide plate customized by 3D printing technique in total knee arthroplasty. Methods: Patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Chenzhou first people’s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients in the experimental group were treated with the total knee arthroplasty by 3D printing, and 20 patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery. The preoperative American knee Association(AKS)score, the AKS score 6months after operation, the changes of hemoglobin before and after operation, the hip-knee-ankle angle before and after operation, and the duration of operation were recorded. Results: The postoperative AKS score and hip-knee-ankle angle of the two groups were significantly improved as compared with those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).Six months after operation, there was no significant difference(P(29)0.05)in the AKS score between the experimental group and the control group(knee score 91.85±3.57,function score 89.50±5.36)and control group(knee score 90.55±2.91,function score 88.25±5.20).Thepostoperative hip-knee-ankle angle was(179.18±0.50)°in the experimental group and(178.30±0.88)°in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).The operation time was(63.00±4.68)minutes in the experimental group and(61.70±4.19)minutes in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P(29)0.05).The difference of hemoglobin before and after operation in the experimental group(22.90±5.24)g/L was not significantly different(P(29)0.05)from that in the control group(24.65±9.83)g/L.Conclusion: 3D customized osteotomy guide plate assisted knee arthroplasty is effective, which can significantly improve the postoperative joint function and restore the limb alignment, and is superior to the traditional operation, but it has no obvious advantages over the traditional operation in shortening the operation time, optimizing blood management and improving the knee joint score after operation.there is no short-term prosthesis failure in the two groups, and the survival rate of the prosthesis still needs long-term follow-up. |
