Clinical Study On Allergic Rhinitis Treated By Yingxiang Acupoint

Object:Observe the efficacy of Yingxiang acupoint and traditional acupoint sticking to treat allergic rhinitis,and find a more convenient treatment plan for clinical acupoint sticking to treat allergic rhinitis,which is beneficial to the promotion of this therapy.Method:Sixty-four patients with allergic rhinitis and rhinitis(pulmonary deficiency and cold type)of Chinese medicine were selected clinically according to the inclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.After entering Futian,two groups of patients were treated with acupoint application.The materials used for acupoint application in the two groups were completely the same.The observation group chose Yingxiang points(bilateral),and the control group selected traditional points(bilateral damper,bilateral lung Shu,bilateral kidney Shu,Dazhui).Treatment is given every Monday,Wednesday and Friday for a total of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patient’s symptoms and signs were recorded,and Lidong was followed up in the same year.Result:One patient in the control group experienced blistering on the back and requested to withdraw from the treatment.Finally,32 patients in the observation group and 31 patients in the control group.The symptom and sign scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment of both groups had effects.The observation group and the control group were compared after treatment:the number of marked effect in the observation group was 12 people,16 effective,4 ineffective,the total effective rate of treatment was 87.5%;the number of marked effect in the control group was 12,14 effective,5 invalid The total effective rate is 83.90%.The difference between the two groups of data was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After the treatment,there was no significant difference in the short-term treatment effect between the two groups.During follow-up:the number of marked effect in the observation group was 3,22 were effective,and 7 were ineffective,the total effective rate of treatment was 78.1%;the number of marked effect in the control group was 8,17 were effective,and 6 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.6%.The difference between the two groups of data was not statistically significant(p>0.05),showing that the long-term clinical effects of the two treatment methods are similar.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Yingxiang acupoint sticking on allergic rhinitis is similar to traditional acupoint selection,but the clinical operation is simple,which is beneficial to the promotion of the treatment of acupoint sticking on allergic rhinitis.
