Clinical Observation On The Yingxiang Acupuncture Point Injection Combined Antihistamines In Treating Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yingxiang acupoint injection combined with oral antihistamine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods: Select 80 cases of outpatients with allergic rhinitis from otolaryngology department of our hospital(time in January 2016 to December2016),80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group adopted the method of Yingxiang acupoint injection combined oral antihistamines,the control group adopted oral antihistamines.Acupoint injection therapy 1 times a week,and oral antihistamines for 1 times a day,4 weeks for a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,signs and rhinitis-related quality of life were recorded before 、 4 weeks and 3 months after treatment to evaluat the near and long-term clinical efficacy.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis.It was stipulated that when P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,illness and other general data,indicating that the data between the two groups were comparable.Results: 1、Clinical efficacy:(1)After 4 weeks,treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group and 85% in thecontrol group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-4.656,P<0.001);(2)At 3 months after treatment,the total effective rate was 80% in the observation group and 55% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-4.444,P<0.001).2、The improvement of Symptoms and signs :(1)After4 weeks,treatment: The improvement of symptoms and signs in the observation group and the control group was different before and after treatment in the group comparison,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.790,P<0.001;t=16.292,P<0.001).Comparison between groups: the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.51,P<0.001).(2)At 3 months after treatment: The improvement of symptoms and signs in the observation group and the control group was different before and after treatment in the group comparison,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.265,P<0.001;t=9.531,P<0.001).Comparison between groups: The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.51,P < 0.001).3 、 The improvement of rhinitis-related quality of life score:(1)After 4 weeks,treatment: The improvement of rhinitis-related quality of life score in the observation group and the control group was different before and after treatment in the group comparison,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(t=-5.976,P<0.001;t=-3.798,P<0.001).Comparison between groups: The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.51,P<0.001).(2)At 3 months after treatment: The improvement of symptoms and signs in the observation group and the control group was different before and after treatment in the group comparison,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the rhinitis-related quality of life score of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.51,P<0.001).Conclusion: Yingxiang acupoint injection combined with oral antihistamines and oral antihistamines alone in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can obtain a certain short and long term clinical efficacy.The clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with oral antihistamines is better than that of oral antihistamines alone.
