Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture At Neiyingxiang And Yingxiang Acupoints On Allergic Rhinitis With Deficiency Of Lung-spleen Qi

Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint and Yingxiang acupoint in treating AR with deficiency of lung-spleen qi.2.By observing the influence of acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint and Yingxiang acupoint on serum Ig E,IL-4 and IL-5 in patients with lung-spleen deficiency type AR,explore its mechanism of treatment for patients with lung-spleen deficiency type AR.Methods:All the subjects were selected from 90 patients with allergic rhinitis(deficiency of lung and spleen qi)diagnosed in the ENT clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2021.The patients were randomly divided into acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint group(30 cases),acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint group(30 cases)and loratadine tablets group(30 cases)by random number table method according to the order of enrollment.The acupuncture group of Neiyingxiang acupoint was treated with acupuncture on both sides of Neiyingxiang acupoint once a day;Acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint group was treated with acupuncture at bilateral Yingxiang acupoints once a day;Group loratadine tablets was treated with oral loratadine tablets,taking one tablet(10mg)half an hour before bedtime every day for 14 days.The TNSS score,TNNSS score,RQLQ score and TCM symptom score of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded.The fasting venous blood of the three groups of patients before and after treatment was collected,and the serum Ig E,IL-4and IL-5 indexes were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:1.After treatment,TNSS score,TNNSS score,TCM symptom score and RQLQ score of patients in the three groups showed a downward trend compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).compared with the other two groups,the improvement of each evaluation scale of acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint group was significantly better than that of the other two groups(p < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the other two groups(p > 0.05).2.After treatment,the levels of serum Ig E,IL-4 and IL-5 in the three groups all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the other two groups,the improvement of serum Ig E,IL-4 and IL-5 in the acupuncture group at Neiyingxiang acupoint was significantly better(P< 0.05),but the difference between the other two groups was not statistically significant(P >0.05).3.After treatment,three groups of patients were evaluated for curative effect.The total effective rate of acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that of acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint group 73.33% and loratadine tablets group 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.During the treatment period,there were no serious adverse reactions in patients in Neiyingxiang acupuncture group and Yingxiang acupuncture group,only one patient in loratadine tablets group had mild nausea symptoms,and the symptoms were improved after timely symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint,acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint and oral loratadine tablets can all improve the symptoms(TNSS score,TNNSS score,TCM symptom score)and related quality of life(RQLQ score)of AR patients with deficiency of lung-spleen qi.Acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint is more effective and safe than acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint and oral loratadine tablets.2.Acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint,acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint and oral loratadine tablets can reduce the levels of serum Ig E,IL-4 and IL-5.Acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint is better than acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint and oral loratadine tablets.3.Acupuncture at Neiyingxiang acupoint is more effective than acupuncture at Yingxiang acupoint in treating AR with deficiency of lung-spleen qi.Analysis of its mechanism may be through more effective control of Th2 reaction,reduction of secretion of IL-4 and IL-5,inhibition of inflammatory reaction,reduction of serum Ig E content,inhibition of type I allergic reaction mediated by it,and improvement of allergic symptoms.
