Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis With Liver-stomach Disharmony

Research Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis with Liver-stomach disharmony,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong Decoction on bile reflux gastritis,provide theoretical basis for its clinical application,and pave the way for further research.Method:42 cases of primary bile reflux gastritis were collected from January 2019 to December 2020.42 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,21 cases in each group.During the observation period,there were no cases of abscission and suspension.The experimental group was treated with Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong Decoction for 4 weeks,and the control group was treated with magnesium aluminate chewable tablets(Daxi)and Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets(Xinluona)for 4 weeks.The symptoms before and after treatment,the degree of bile reflux under gastroscope and other results were observed and recorded,and the statistical method was used for analysis.Result:(1)Comprehensive effect observation:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85%,of which 8 cases were cured,7 cases were obviously effective,2 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was70%,of which 3 cases were cured,5 cases were obviously effective,6 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.032 < 0.05).(2)TCM Syndrome Curative Effect:The total effective rate of the experimental group is 95%,including 9 cases of cure,6 cases of remarkable effect,4 cases of effective and 1 case of ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group is 80%,including 5cases of cure,3 cases of remarkable effect,8 cases of effective and 4 cases of ineffective.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P = 0.041 < 0.05).(3)Gastroscope Effect:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85%,in which 8 cases were cured,10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,in which 3 cases were cured,12 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.058 > 0.05).(4)Total Score of Symptoms: After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the improvement of total score of symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Single Symptom Score:There were statistical differences in the improvement of stomachache,flatulence,costal discomfort,upset,dry mouth and stomachache in the experimental group(P <0.5);there were statistical differences in the improvement of stomachache,flatulence,nausea,upset,stomachache and acidregurgitation in the control group(P < 0.5);after treatment,the experimental group compared with the control group in the improvement of stomachache,flatulence and hypochondria in the experimental group Costal discomfort and stomachache were better than those in the control group(P < 0.5).(6)Bile reflux degree:Both the experimental group and the control group could improve the bile reflux degree under gastroscope,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.5).(7)Safety: No obvious adverse reactions were found in the experimental group,3 cases of constipation and 2 cases of increased stool frequency in the control group.Conclusion:Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong decoction has excellent clinical effect in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis with Liver-stomach disharmony.It can obviously improve the symptoms of patients and TCM syndromes,and the effect is better than that of the control group.In the whole observation process,no obvious adverse reactions were found,and the safety was good.Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong decoction has certain clinical value in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis.
