| Objective:The purpose of the study is that by looking at the control group and treatment group on the clinical efficacy of disharmony between liver and stomach type with BRG patients,by comparing the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral,anxiety depression scale scores of traditional Chinese medicine and the change of serum GAS,PGⅠ、PGⅡ level,evaluation of Guishaochaihu decoction treatment of disharmony between liver and stomach type with bile reflux gastritis clinical curative effect and application value,and to explore its internal mechanism,for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bile reflux gastritis,further enrich the theoretical basis.Methods: The cases were from patients with bile reflux gastritis who were admitted to the department of spleen and stomach of senile diseases in anhui provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to June 2019.A total of 70 cases were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(group of Guishaochaihu decoction)and control group(group of western medicine),with 35 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Guishaochaihu decoction,one dose a day.The control group was given 20 mg of Rabeprazole Enteric tablet once a day,one at a time.Itopride Hydrochloride tablets 50 mg,one tablet three times a day.The treatment group and control group were both treated for 4 weeks.TCM symptom scores,anxiety and depression scale scores and serum levels of GAS,PGI and PGII in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.And the collected data was analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.Results analysis: The comparison of clinical efficacy: symptoms of the two groups were relieved after treatment compared with it was before treatment,and there was significant difference in statistically.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%.While the total effective rate of the control group was 82.86%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. 1.Comparison of total TCM symptom scores:there was no obvious difference in total symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total symptom scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,the improvement of symptom score of Guishaochaihu decoction group was significantly better than that of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Anxiety and depression scale score:(1)There was no obvious change in depression scale score in the western medicine group after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The score of depression scale in Guishaochaihu decoction group was obviously lower than that before it treatment(P<0.05).(2)There was no obvious change in anxiety scale score in the western medicine group after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The score of anxiety scale in Guishaochaihu decoction group was obviously lower than that before it treatment(P<0.05).Show that Guishaochaihu decoction can improve the mental state of patients.3.Comparison of serum GAS,PGI and PGII levels:(1)There was no significant difference in serum GAS level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).And there was no significant change in serum GAS level before and after treatment in the western medicine group(P>0.05).While the serum GAS level of Guishaochaihu decoction group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum GAS level of Guishaochaihu decoction group was obviously lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in serum PGI level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum PGI level of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).And the serum PGI level of Guishaochaihu decoction group was obviously lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in serum PGII level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum PGII level in both groups was obviously lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum PGII level of Guishaochai decoction group was obviously lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Guishaochaihu decoction has a good clinical effect on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of disharmony between liver and stomach,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,obviously improved the quality of life.In addition,it has a certain effect on reducing anxiety scale score and depression scale score to improve patients’ psychosomatic state,and has a positive effect on the level of GAS,PGI and PGII in patients’ serum.The two groups of patients did not have obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process,with excellent safety and important clinical application value. |
