Clinical And Theoretical Research Of Dispersing The Stagnated Liver Qi And Regulating The Stomach With Protecting Mucosa Treatment In Curing Liver-stomach Disharmony Of Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chai shao hu mo decoction based on"dispersing the stagnated liver Qi,regulating the stomach and protecting gastric mucosa"treatment,which was created by Professor Shan Zhaowei,in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony of bile reflux gastritis(BRG),we want to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of BRG.Methods:Firstly,theoretical research contained two parts,which were development and progress of research on BRG in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Secondly,it was the clinical study.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of liver-stomach disharmony of BRG,were divided into two part,adopted random methods.The test group(30 cases)was treated by Chai shao hu mo decoction.The control group(30 cases)took Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets and Hydrotalcite Tablets.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.In the course of treatment,we should record the clinical data,symptom score,endoscopic bile reflux,then establish database,using SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between two groups in the aspect of gender,age,symptoms and severity of bile reflux.It showed that the two groups were comparable,and the two groups were no adverse reaction.Symptoms were improved after treatment in two groups.The main symptoms(epigastric pain or fullness,belching Tunsuan,hiccups,nausea and vomiting,stomach noisy)were equivalently improved in the two groups.The secondary symptoms(loss of appetite,diarrhea,depression or irritability,dry mouth)were improved by difference(P<0.05).The test group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the test group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%.The test group was overmatch the control group on the curative effect of TCM syndrome.Conclusion:Chai shao hu mo decoction has good clinical effect on the trealtment of liver-stomach disharmony of BRG.On the side of the improvement of overall symptom,it has obvious advantage.It can effectively improve the overall quality of life of patients,and will have good clinical application prospect.
