The Nuclear Dissipation Treatment Of Adenoid Hypertrophy(Type Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis) In Children With Nuclear Dissipation Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of The Nuclear Dissipation in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy(Type of phlegm and blood stasis)in children,and finally to provide effective treatment for the clinical treatment.Methods: Nuclear dissipation was used to treat 64 cases of adenoid hypertrophy in children with phlegm and blood stasis in the clinic,and the clinical symptoms and signs scores and physical and chemical examinations were observed before and after treatment.Results: Among the 64 patients who completed the study,before and after the treatment,the score of snoring,nasal obstruction,mouth opening breathing,sleep apnea and the total score were significantly reduced(P < 0.01).At the same time,in the patients with different severity,the score of nimodipine before and after the treatment was calculated,the effective rate of mild hypertrophic children was 72.72%,and the effective rate of moderate hypertrophic children was 95.23% The effective rate in severe hypertrophy was 90.90%.The total effective rate was 90.62%.At the same time,no obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion: The Nuclear Dissipation is effective and safe for children with adenoids and provides effective treatment for children.
