| Objectives To observe the therapeutic effect of Huatansanjie Ointment in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy of phlegm coagulation and blood stasis type,we can objectively evaluate its therapeutic effect and provide clinical basis for further research.Methods The 94 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the pediatric clinic of Baoding First Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into 47 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given oral Huatan Sanjie ointment(provided by Baoding First Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine),3～5-year-old patients,once a half bag,three times a day;For those aged 6～10,one bag once,twice a day.The control group was given Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(intranasal)nasal spray,and 3～10 years old children had 1 nostrils per side(50μg),once a day(total 100μg);Montelukast sodium chewable tablets(shunerning)are taken orally,4mg for children aged3～5 years and 5mg for children aged 6～10 years,once a night.After 4 weeks,the changes of TCM syndrome score,total clinical effect and A/N ratio of adenoid nasopharynx were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical effect.Detect safety indicators and record adverse events.Spss23 The data were statistically analyzed.Results 1 A total of 94 patients with adenoid hypertrophy of phlegm coagulation and blood stasis type were included in the trial.8 cases fell off and were eliminated due to patients’ self withdrawal,respiratory tract infection and loss of follow-up.86 cases were actually completed,including 43 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group.2 before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,severity of disease,main symptom score,secondary symptom score,total symptom score and A/N ratio(P > 0.05).3 after treatment,the total symptom score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the two groups were compared with those before treatment,and both groups had curative effect(P < 0.05);In terms of total score,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);In terms of snoring,mouth opening breathing,cough,turbid nose,sore throat,deafness and tinnitus,restless sleep at night,slippery pulse or astringent score,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);In terms of nasal congestion,hearing loss,red tongue or purple dark fur greasy scores,the two groups had the same curative effect(P > 0.05).4 after treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was the same in terms of A/N ratio(P > 0.05).5 the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7% and that of the control group was 71.4%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).6 During the treatment,there were no clinical adverse events and the indexes of liver and kidney function were normal in the two groups.Conclusion 1 Huatan Sanjie ointment is better than Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in improving symptom scores of children with hypertrophy of adenoid hypertrophy in phlegm and blood stasis type.2 the effect of Huatan Sanjie ointment on A/N ratio is similar to that of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.3.No adverse events were found in the test drug,which preliminarily suggests the safety of clinical application of Huatan Sanjie ointment.Figure 0;Table 29;Reference 133... |
