Clinical Study On Treatment Of Pain Of Knee Osteoarthritis By Round Needle "Three-pass Method"

Objective:In this study,the round needle "Three-pass method" was used to treat knee osteoarthritis,and then the clinical efficacy was observed,and then a new possibility for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain was demonstrated..Methods:The trial included 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis and were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.There were 35 cases in each group,excluding 5 cases of shedding during the trial,32 cases in the last treatment group,33 cases in the control group,2 weeks of treatment.The efficacy evaluation was performed at the end of treatment,and the efficacy was followed up 1 month after the end of treatment.Test content: The treatment group adopts the round needle "Three-pass method",and selects acupoints for rank edge,knee-yangguan and ququan,yanglingquan and yinlingquan,and knee middle to benefit up,down,left,and right;Routine acupuncture,select acupoints for rank edge,knee-yangguan and Ququan,Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan,knee.The trial consisted of 3 treatments per week for 2 weeks and was followed up 1 month after the end of treatment.The relative clinical symptoms of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment: VAS score,KOA symptom grading quantitative score were analyzed and evaluated respectively,and the statistical analysis of the acupoint tenderness threshold changes of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment.Results:1.Treatment effect: After treatment,it was found that the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.75% and 84.85%,respectively,and the differences in the effective rates of the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Contrast clinical symptom score: After the test,comparing the two groups in treating symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,it is suggested that the treatment group is more effective than the control group.The positive effect on the VAS score was stronger in the treatment group than in the control group.3.Contrast tenderness threshold: Before the subject,Liangqiu,Xuehai,Calves,Inner knee eyes,Knee Yangguan,Ququan,Yangling Spring,Yinling Spring,Weizhong,Ashi The difference in tenderness thresholds was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and wascomparable;after the topic,the tenderness thresholds of the acupuncture points above were higher than before,and the treatment group was stronger than the control group on the improvement of the tenderness threshold.Conclusion:1.Both therapies are effective in improving the pain of knee osteoarthritis,and the round needle "Three-pass method" is better than conventional acupuncture.2.The round needle "Three-pass method" is effective in alleviating pain symptoms of patients,This method is not only good now,but also good after a while.3.The operation of the round needle "Three-pass method" is standardized and suitable for popularization.
