Objective:Type 2 diabetes ephidrosis syndrome is one of the most common chronic complications in the development of diabetes mellitus. It is generally believed that the occurrence of diabetes is mostly closely related to autonomic nerve function lesions.Although it will not lead to organic lesions,it will bring more serious harm to patients than diabetes itself, and bring many disadvantages to patients’ work and life, even their family and economy. In this project, based on the clinical practice of my supervisor and my own experience,self-designed Tang-han decoction was used to treat the patients with the deficiency of qi and Yin in the ephidrosis syndrome of type 2 diabetes.By observing the effect of the decoction on the blood glucose,hba1 c and other indicators of the patients, relevant experimental results were recorded and the data before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Give full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice, highlight the advantages of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in improving clinical symptoms than western medicine treatment alone. It aims to help patients with type 2 diabetes ephidrosis syndrome relieve the pain caused by abnormal ephidrosis, help patients control blood glucose scientifically and effectively, and hope to achieve better long-term efficacy and improve the quality of life for patients with type 2 diabetes ephidrosis syndrome.Methods:1.Subjects A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes ephidrosis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the code of medical treatment sequence and the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group.2.The experimental group was given Tang-han Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets, while the control group was given metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets.(Dosage and method of Tang-han Decoction: 200 ml of boiled water, one dose per day, taken on an empty stomach before morning and evening meals;Metformin hydrochloride enter-coated tablets dosage and method: oral 250 mg 3times/day).The course of treatment in both groups was 1 month.3.After 1 month of treatment, the recorded results were recorded into statistical software SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis, and the improvement of TCM symptom scores and changes in laboratory related indicators were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.The scores of each symptom in the experimental group were compared before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of each symptom were compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group.2.FPG and 2h PBG of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.After treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in the comprehensive efficacy. Conclusion:The application of Tang-han decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes ephidrosis syndrome has a positive clinical effect, significantly improves the abnormal ephidrosis symptoms, and plays a positive role in the control of blood glucose in patients. No adverse reactions have occurred, which is recommended for further clinical verification. |
