Clinical Observation Of Tonifying Qi And Nourishing Yin In The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin In Children With Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection

Purpose:To observe from qi and nourishing Yin decoction in the treatment of qi and Yin type two virtual infantile repeated respiratory infection of TCM symptom integral,vitamin D,immunoglobulin,T cell subsets change and condition to improve a status,availability of the efficacy and safety of the treatment of the disease,to provide new treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods: Total 60 children with RRTI of deficiency of both Qi and Yin were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to February 2021.The treatment group was given self-prepared yiqi-yangyin decoction,and the control group was given oral lyophilized splenic aminopeptide.The two groups were treated for 2 months,respectively.Before and after treatment,laboratory inspection were selected to estimate vitamin D,serum immunoglobulin and T cell subsets.Results: 1.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in treatment group(93.33%)was better than that in control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the improvement of perspiration,appetite and stool in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);3.The curative valid rate of the treatment group(90%)was better than that of in control group(70%)(P<0.05);4.In terms of incidence,the frequency and average course of disease of the treatment group were contrasted before and after treatment(P<0.05),the frequency of disease of the treatment group was contrasted between the groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the conditions of upper respiratory tract infection and bronchitis were contrasted between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).In terms of disease grade,the treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the course of disease(P<0.05).5.The improvement of vitamin D,immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:From qi and the treatment of infantile repeated respiratory infection qi and Yin deficiency type can effectively reduce the attack frequency of respiratory infection,shorten the course of the disease,children improve sweat out,appetite,stool,such as syndrome,improve children with vitamin D,immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subgroup level,curative effect is good,have clinical promotion.
