Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Aobidesen-gurigumu-13 wei pill,a Mongolian medicine,on chronic sinusitis,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:all the patients were 60 outpatients from the Department of Otolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University of nationalities from November 2018 to January 2020.The 60 patients who were included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The patients in the control group took orally the Eucalyptol,twice a day,0.3g each time,and treatment group took orally the Mongolian medicine Aobidesen-gurigumu-13 pill on the basis of the Eucalyptol,once a day,15 pills each time.The treatment group and the control group took the medicine for 8 weeks.To establish a questionnaire and integral table of patients’ data,and record the symptoms and signs of patients before and after-treatment.SPSS 23.0 statistic.al software was used to analyze the.data and evaluate the efficacy.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender and the scores of symptoms and signs before treatment(P>0.05).Compare the two groups of patients,After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in runny nose,olfactory decline,nasal secretion and sinus tenderness(P>0.05);there was significant difference in nasal congestion,headache and congestion of nasal mucosa between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in olfactory decline between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference in other symptoms and signs(P<0.05)Statistical significance.Conclusion:the Mongolian medicine A obidesen-gurigumu-13wei pill has a definite clinical effect on the symptoms of sinusitis,such as nasal obstruction,purulence,headache,congestion of mucous membrane,secretion of nasal cavity,tenderness of sinus area,and can be widely used in clinic. |
