Objective:The effect of Qishun Gurigumu-8 and Luo Huazizhu tablet on postoperative recovery period of benign prostatic hyperplasia was studied by randomized controlled clinical study to systematically evaluate the hemostatic effect and safety of Qishun Gurigumu-8on postoperative benign prostatic hyperplasia,and to clarify the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Qishun Gurigumu-8.Methods:1.Source of patients: A total of 60 patients who were admitted to The Department of Urology and Mongolian Xi Medicine of The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from January 2021 to February 2022 and were diagnosed with BPH and met the inclusion criteria and underwent HoLEP were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)and control group(group B).2.Treatment methods: The experimental group began to take Qishun Guri Gumu-8 once a day,3g a time,after lunch,warm boiled water,for 7 days in total.The control group began to take Luo Huazizhu tablet twice/day,1.5g/ time,orally in the morning and evening after meals,for 7 days in total.3.Drug source: Experimental group Drug source: Qishun Gurigumu-8 is from Mongolian Medicine Preparation Room of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities(Inner medicine Preparation word M14060858);Drug source of control group: Luo Huazizhu tablet is from Hunan Warner Pharmaceutical Co,LTD.(National Drug approval Z20080409).Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in age,coagulation function at enrollment and urination between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.urine red blood cells and ERY Intra-group comparison : there were significant differences between group A and group B(P < 0.01).Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.APTT,PT,INR,TT Intra-group comparison : There was A statistically significant difference in APTT between group A and group B(P < 0.05).The rest were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Qmax,IPSS and QPL scores There was no statistical significance in between the two groups on the 7th day after surgery(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.This study shows that Mongolian medicine Qishun Gurigumu-8 can significantly reduce the bleeding indicators of patients after BPH surgery,without exacerbating the postoperative hypercoagulability of patients,and has a significant hemostatic effect.2.The overall efficacy of the two groups was consistent.
