Objective:1.Understand the status of self-management and quality of life in young and middle-aged patients after PCI.2.Analysis of influencing factors of self-management level in young and middle-aged patients after PCI.3.To explore the correlation between self-management level and quality of life in young and middle-aged patients after PCI.Methods:Used cross-sectional studies from descriptive studies.A simple random sampling method was used. The 212 cases came from young and middle-aged patients who underwent PCI in the outpatient department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to September 2019.The self-designed general data questionnaire, coronary heart disease self-management questionnaire and Chinese cardiovascular patients'quality of life questionnaire were used to investigate the basic characteristics,self-management level and quality of life of the study subjects.Data were entered using Epi Data 3.1 software, and SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Use frequency, percentage, maximum, minimum, mean, and standard deviation to describe the patient's basic information,self-management,and quality of life;use single factor analysis and multiple linear regression to analyze the influencing factors of self-management,and use Pearson correlation to analyze self-management and quality of life.Two-sided test,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The total mean scores of self-management and quality of life of young and middle-aged patients after PCI were(48.91±15.76)and(61.27±22.41),which were both low. There is a statistically significant difference between the quality of life of young and middle-aged patients after PCI and the domestic norm of patients after PCI(P<0.05).The quality of life score of young and middle-aged patients after PCI is lower than that of the domestic norm.2.The self-management scores of patients with different occupations, marital status, educational level, medical background, time after coronary artery stenting, angina pectoris status, exercise status, awareness of disease, joy of life status, relationship and insomnia were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that knowledge of the disease(understanding, familiarity and mastery),insomnia status(weekly, sometimes and none),angina status(<once a month and no episodes)and education level(college level and above)were the main factors for self-management level(P<0.05).After adjustment R~2=0.811,which accounted for 81.1%of the variation in self-management level.4.The self-management level and each dimension of young and middle-aged patients after PCI showed significant positive linear correlation with the quality of life and each dimension(r=0.503-0.966,P<0.01)?Conclusions:1.The self-management level of young and middle-aged patients after PCI is low,and the scores of each dimension are from high to low:medical management of diseases, daily life management and emotional management. The quality of life of young and middle-aged patients after PCI is at a low level.2.Knowledge of disease, insomnia, angina pectoris and education level are the main influencing factors for the self-management level of young and middle-aged patients after PCI.3.There was a significant positive linear correlation between the level of self-management and quality of life in young and middle-aged patients after PCI.
