Objective:Investigation and analysis were conducted on the fear of action,self-perceived burden, quality of life and influencing factors of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease, and the relationship among the three was discussed.According to the relationship among the three, targeted nursing measures were developed for patients, and more comprehensive nursing was implemented for patients. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 389 middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology at Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital and Yan'an People's Hospital from September 2018 to December 2018.A total of 389 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 376 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 96.7%.Research tools include a general demographic survey,a TSH score,a self-feeling burden scale, and an SF-36 quality of life scale. The data was recorded by Excel and statistical software(SPSS17.0)was used for data statistics. The statistical methods used are statistical description, independent sample t test,one-way ANOVA,and correlation analysis.Results:(1)In this study, the score of 376 patients with coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged patients was(39.05±7.36),and >37 points was hypochondriac.Of the 376 respondents,157 were patients with a >37-year-old dysphoria, accounting for 41.76%.One-way analysis of variance: The influencing factors of dysphoria were gender, education level, family monthly income, understanding of the condition, and payment method(P<0.05).The SPB score of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease was(30.60±7.42),which was at a moderate burden level.One-way analysis of variance: age, education level, family monthly income, time of illness, understanding of the condition, and payment method(P<0.05)were the influencing factors of SPB in patients.(3)The overall average score of quality of life in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease was(48.27± 25.25).One-way analysis of variance: The factors affecting patients' quality of life were gender, education level, family monthly income, understanding of the condition, and payment method(P<0.05).(4)According to the results of Spearman correlation analysis, the risk of depression and self-experience burden were positively correlated in the young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease, and the risk of life was negatively correlated with the quality of life. The self-perception burden was negatively correlated with the quality of life.Conclusion:(1)The young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease have a situation of dysphoria, the self-feeling burden is at a moderate burden level, and the quality of life is not high.(2)In this study, gender, education level, family monthly income, sickness time, understanding of the condition, and payment methods have an impact on the anxiety of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease;age, education level, family monthly income,The degree of understanding of the condition and the way to pay are the influencing factors of the self-feeling burden of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease;gender, education level, family monthly income, understanding of the condition, and payment methods have an impact on the quality of life of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease.(3)There is a positive correlation between the fear disorder and the self-receptive burden of the young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease;there is a negative correlation between the fear disorder and the quality of life;there is a negative correlation between the self-perception burden and the quality of life.(4)In the process of nursing young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease, nursing workers should pay attention to the three aspects of the patient's fear of dying,self-feeling burden and low quality of life.In particular, patients with low monthly household income, low level of understanding of the disease, and self-paying patients should focus on nursing. In addition, gender differences should be considered, and patients should be actively and effectively cared for, reducing their anxiety,self-feeling burden, and improving their quality of life.
