Significance of the study: To understand the present situation of workplace violence suffered by nursing staff in South China Hospital,and to analyze its influencing factors,in order to improve the management strategy and system on the prevention and treatment of workplace violence,to greatly enable nurses to protect themselves in violence incidents,to improve the employment environment of nurses,to reduce the incidence of psychological violence in the workplace,to promote their physical and mental health,so as to improve the quality of nursing and the stable development of nursing staff.Provide reference basis.The contents of the study were as follows: In January to July,2019,150 nurses from the South China Hospital of Hengyang City were taken into the standard by means of a convenient sampling method,and a self-made hospital nursing staff was used to investigate the situation of workplace violence and the general information questionnaire.The content of the survey covers the personal basic information of the nursing staff(the person's sex,the age group to which it belongs,thehighest education degree obtained,the qualification of the licensed nurse,the working life of the hospital so far,the grade of the professional title obtained,and the number of training times that the person has conducted for the prevention and treatment of violence in the workplace(the number of related trainings),and the hospital nursing staff are subjected to work The situation of violence in the workplace,the manner in which hospital nurses are subjected to violence in the workplace and the measures taken by the hospital in the aftermath of the violence(investigation of the violence,comfort and psychological guidance to caregivers who have been subjected to violence in the workplace,and satisfaction of nurses who have been attacked by violence in the workplace with the final outcome of the hospital,The hospital investigated the management system of prevention and treatment of workplace violence,and comprehensively understood the present situation and influencing factors of workplace violence suffered by nursing staff in South China Hospital.Conclusion: The incidence of workplace violence among nursing staff in Nanyang Nanhua Hospital is relatively high,and hospitals and relevant management departments should pay attention to it.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the influencing factors of nursing staff suffering from workplace violence in Nanhua Hospital of Hengyang City were related to medical staff(age,education,working years,protective consciousness,communication ability),environment(unreasonable layout,unclear marking)and other(unreasonable work flow,uncoordinated cooperation between departments)and so on.The investigation also found that after psychological violence occurred in the workplace,nursing staff in Nanhua Hospital.Insomnia,reduced enthusiasm for work,job burnout and so on,and even suicidal tendency,which can not only not be guaranteed for patients' medical service,but also is not conducive to the construction and development of nursing team.Therefore,hospital leaders should attach importance to and formulate preventive measures according to the factors that affect nurses suffering from workplace violence,strengthen nursing staff training,strengthen nursing staff protection awareness and improve their communication level,provide support system for nurses,attach importance to nurses' mental health,and set up psychological counseling rooms after violent incidents.Develop the management system and process to avoid the high risk of workplace violence for nurses,and discuss the handover process with the relevant departments.A sound management system for the prevention and management of violence in the workplace will greatly enable nurses to protect themselves in cases of violence.
