ObjectiveThis paper is a comprehensive investigation and Research on the situation of doctor’s job burnout in Henan Province hospital.Through the investigation,we can master the characteristics of the differentiation of doctor’s job burnout,understand the relationship between different coping styles and social support and doctor’s job burnout,and focus on the analysis of the key factors affecting the job burnout.Based on a large number of research and research,this paper aims to improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm of medical workers in Henan Province,and better serve the patients.At the same time,it can also create a good working atmosphere for doctors,improve the working environment and state of medical workers,and find practical methods and strategies to improve doctors’ sense of happiness and achievement.MethodsThis paper mainly uses the method of sampling survey to collect data and data.During the research,questionnaires such as MBI-GS and SCSQ were distributed to medical workers in five hospitals in Henan Province.According to statistics,1200 questionnaires were distributed by random sampling,of which 1120 were valid.After the basic data and data are obtained,SPSS software is used for statistical analysis,and t-test,one-way ANOVA and linear regression analysis are used to test and analyze the statistical results,so as to draw the final research conclusions.Results1.In this study,34% of the medical staff had emotional exhaustion(> 20),32% of them had dehumanization(> 10),and 34% had low sense of achievement(> 33).In addition,according to the analysis,the proportion of zero degree of burnout of medicalworkers is 34%,the proportion of mild is as high as 39%,and the proportion of moderate and severe is relatively low,respectively 23% and 4%.2.In addition,according to statistics,among medical workers,emotional exhaustion and dehumanization occurred at the age of 30-39,and the lower the sense of achievement is more related to the age,and the older the age is,the more serious the sense of achievement is.In addition,the degree of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization is also closely related to the education background of medical workers.The higher the education background,the more serious the degree of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization is,and the lower the degree of achievement.In addition,according to statistics,the overall level of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and job burnout of medical workers is more likely to reach the peak when they reach the intermediate title,and will tend to decline significantly when they are promoted to the deputy senior title.Moreover,there is a great relationship between doctors’ Job Burnout and their departments.Among them,pediatrics has the highest level of low sense of achievement,and the degree of emotional exhaustion in internal medicine is often higher than other departments.The Department with the highest dehumanization city is Anesthesiology,and the overall level of gynecologists’ job burnout is far higher than other departments.The medical workers who have worked for more than 10 years but less than 19 years are more likely to suffer from burnout;the medical workers who have worked for more than 30 years are more likely to suffer from low sense of achievement;the medical workers who have earned more than 7000 yuan are more likely to suffer from burnout and emotional exhaustion;the medical workers who have worked overtime are also more likely to suffer from emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and burnout situation.Generally speaking,the job burnout of medical workers is related to many factors.3.There is a significant negative correlation between the degree of social support and the degree of job burnout of medical workers.The higher the degree of social support is,the lower the degree of job burnout is,and they have a more obvious negative predictive effect.The lowerthe degree of job burnout of medical workers who actively respond to the crowd is,the higher the degree of job burnout of those who passively respond to the crowd is,and there is also a more obvious relationship between them Negative correlation.(4)The length of working time and the level of professional title will affect the degree of emotional exhaustion of medical workers.Negative coping can improve the degree of emotional exhaustion,and positive coping can reduce the degree of emotional exhaustion.Similarly,negative coping can have a positive impact on the degree of dehumanization,and positive coping can have a negative impact on the degree of dehumanization.Age and coping work The enthusiasm of work will have a significant positive impact on the sense of achievement of medical workers,and the education background and the frequency of night shift will have a negative impact;income and negative work attitude are the positive factors affecting the job burnout of medical workers,and the positive work attitude is the negative factors.ConclusionThrough a large number of investigation and research,it is found that there are different levels of job burnout in medical workers in Henan Province,but it is still in a controllable range.The level of social support has a more positive significance for the job burnout of medical workers.Adopting positive coping styles can effectively prevent and reduce the job burnout of medical workers.In addition,through a large number of investigation and analysis,we know that the income level,working time and work enthusiasm of medical workers will have different degrees of impact on the level of job burnout of medical workers in Henan Province.Finally,according to the conclusion of the previous study,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the allocation of human resources,publicize the social value of medical staff,reshape the professional spirit of doctors,adjust the incentive strategies,improve the scientific research level of medical staff and pay attention to the health level of medical staff.
