| Objective: To investigate the factors on job burnout of medical staff in certain third-level referral hospital of Qiqihar City, find out the problems and seek the solution countermeasures. Methods:Methods: Carry out the questionnaire on job burnout to 1005 medical workers in certain third-level referral hospital with cluster random sampling, set up a database for valid questionnaires and analyze them with SPSS 19.0 software.Result: 1005 questionnaires have been sent, and all of them are valid. According to the score statistical result of medical staff’s job burnout in each dimension, the job burnout score of medical staff is higher than critical value, and the average score in each dimension is higher than critical value. According to the score statistical result of male and female medical staff’s job burnout, there is statistical significance at job burnout of male and female medical staff(P<0.05), the mean number of male is higher than that of female at depersonalization, the mean number of male is lower than female at emotional exhaustion and reduced accomplishment. The job burnout score is processed by analysis of variance of medical staff in different ages. With the result, there is statistical significance at job burnout difference of medical staff in different ages(P<0.05). And at emotional exhaustion, the mean number is highest in ≥50 years old group, 40-49 years old group, 30-39 years old group, 20-29 years old group, <20 years old group in turn; at depersonalization, the mean number is highest in <20 years old group, 20-29 years old group,30-39 years old group, 40-49 years old group, ≥50 years old group in turn; at reduced accomplishment, the mean number is highest in <20 years old group, ≥50 years old group, 40-49 years old group, 30-39 years old group, 20-29 years old group in turn. The job burnout score is processed by analysis of variance of medical staff in different education level. With the result, there is statistical significance at job burnout difference of medical staff in different educationlevel(P<0.05). And at emotional exhaustion, the mean number is highest in bachelor group, master group, doctor and above group, junior college group, technical secondary school and below group in turn; at depersonalization, the mean number is highest in technical secondary school and below group, junior college group, master group, doctor and above group, bachelor group in turn; at reduced accomplishment, the mean number is highest in technical secondary school and below group,bachelor group,junior college group, master group, doctor and above group in turn. The job burnout score is processed by analysis of variance of medical staff in different titles. With the result, there is statistical significance at job burnout difference of medical staff in different titles(P<0.05). And at emotional exhaustion, the mean number is highest in secondary senior title group, senior title group, intermediate title group, primary title group in turn; at depersonalization, the mean number is highest in no title group, primary title group, secondary senior title group, intermediate title group, senior title group in turn; at reduced accomplishment, the mean number is highest in no title group, primary title group, intermediate title group,secondary senior title group, senior title group in turn. The job burnout score is processed by analysis of variance of medical staff with different work hour. With the result, there is statistical significance at job burnout difference of medical staff with different work hour(P<0.05). And at emotional exhaustion,the mean number is highest in 16-20 years work hour group, ≥21 years work hour group, 6-10 years work hour group, 11-15 years work hour group, less than 5 years work hour group in turn; at depersonalization, the mean number is highest in less than 5 years work hour group,≥21 years work hour group,16-20 years work hour group,6-10 years work hour group,11-15 years work hour group;at reduced accomplishment, the mean number is highest in 11-15 years work hour group, less than 5 years work hour group,16-20 years work hour group,≥21 years work hour group in turn. The job burnout score is processed by analysis of variance of medical staff with different number of department working in. With the result, there is statistical significance at job burnout difference of medical staff with different number of department working in(P<0.05).At emotional exhaustion,the mean number is highest in 2-4 departments group, 5-7 departments group, ≥8 departments group, 1 department group in turn; at depersonalization, the mean number is highest in ≥8 departments group,1 department group, 5-7 departments group,2-4 departments group in turn;at reduced accomplishment,the mean number ishighest in ≥8 departments group,5-7 departments group, 1 department group,2-4 departments group in turn.Conclusion: 1.Analyze model three factors of job burnout(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization,reduced accomplishment), find the emotional exhaustion average score of medical staff job burnout is 15.53,the depersonalization average score is 21.48,the reduced accomplishment average score is 16.50 in Qiqihar certain grade 3A hospital. All of them are higher than critical value, the total situation is not going well. 2.Male and female medical staff will perform job burnout at different level. At depersonalization, the level of male is higher than that of female, they are easier to express slighting and indifferent to work environment and object; but at emotional exhaustion and reduced accomplishment, female medical staff express more obvious, such as less energy at work and poor self-assessment. 3.Medical staff over 50 years old has stronger job burnout sense,the emotional exhaustion and reduced accomplishment are relative serious. Meantime young and middle-aged medical staff begin to show this problem after working over 16 years, such as losing work passion and work carelessly. However medical staff have depersonalization and reduced accomplishment in <20 years old,20-29 years old group. And the situation will be more serious at younger medical staff, career indifference and poor belonging sense are main problems. 4. Job burnout situation is relative serious in medical staff with senior title. It mainly perform at emotional exhaustion, psychology is tired. Among them, medical staff with bachelor degree has more serious performance. 5. Among medical staff working for a long time, they will have stronger job burnout sense with the increasing of department number working in. At depersonalization and reduced accomplishment, there negative working, unable to display talent, unable to realize themselves’ development and other problems. |
