Study On Social Support Of Outpatient (Emergency) Service For Staff Far Away From Military Medical Organization

The army medical services based on social support is an important reform of military affairs throughout the world. It is also an important trend of military medical services in 21st century. To rely on the local public health resources to service certain patients of our army is one part of the healthcare reforms. It not only complies with the trend of military development, but also satisfies the basic needs of military members. At the same time, it improves efficiency of national health resources.Based on the practice of healthcare system reform in Lanzhou Military Area Command, through literature review, combining investigation on spot with mail survey as well as mathematical statistics etc , the author analyses the need of the health services for the staffs far away from military health services system, and the services provided by the local medical organizations. The character and the demand of medical services based on public health resources have been discussed. The leading factors influencing medical expenditure of military members have been analysed.The result shows that the medical level of healthcare has been raised to a certain degree after social support.
