Objective:A clinical trial was designed to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Qing Pi Decoction in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia(type of Spleen and Stomach Dampness-Heat Syndrome),with a view to providing more clinical reference for doctors to treat functional dyspepsia.Method:An in-depth analysis of the meaning,mechanism and treatment methods of "epigastric" and"stomach pain",in the name of TCM of this disease,and profoundly understand the characteristics of "spleen and stomach dampness and heat",syndrome type.This study collected 60 patients who were treated in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020.They also met the functional dyspepsia TCM syndrome type(Spleen and Stomach Dampness-Heat Syndrome)and Western Medicine diagnostic criteria.These patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine · test group and western medicine·control group randomly.The traditional Chinese medicine·test group and western medicine · control group were treated with Qing Pi Decoction and Itopride Hydrochloride respectively.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe whether the symptom score of the test population changes due to treatment and whether the degree of change varies significantly with different medications.Results:1.Overall effectThe comparison of the efficacy grades of each group of Chinese medicine Qing Pi decoction and western medicine Itopride were as follows:cured 0/0;markedly effective 14/3;effective 15/25;ineffective 1/2.The total effective rate:Qing Pi decoction group was 96.67%,Itopride group was 93.33%.After continuous modified χ2ztest,it showed that there was no statistical difference(χ2=0.000,P=1.000>0.05),and it was not difficult to obtain results that are roughly equivalent in the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups2.Total symptom scoreThe overall symptoms of Qing Pi Decoction and Itopride groups at the end of the treatment are significantly better than before the treatment(t=23.849/19.764,P=0.000<0.01)3.Single symptom scoreMain symptoms:The Qing Pi Decoction group is better than the Itopride group in improving the symptoms of "stomach fullness","gastric epigastric pain",and "appetite loss";it is equivalent in improving the symptoms of "heartburn".Secondary symptoms:The Qing Pi Decoction group is better than the Itopride group in relieving the discomfort of "belching qi";it has the same effect in improving the symptoms of"stool discomfort","acid reflux",and "dry mouth or burning in the mouth".4.SafetyDuring the treatment,there were no adverse reactions and abnormal physical and chemical indexes in both groups.Conclusion:Both the Qing Pi Decoction Chinese medicine group and the Itopride western medicine group can obviously alleviate various types of discomfort of FD(Spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome Type).As far as its comprehensive effect is concerned,it is roughly equivalent.Compared with Itopride,it still has considerable advantages,so it has clinical reference value. |
