ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to explore the efficacy, safe.ty and quality of life improvement of Yin’s Weihe decoction in patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat functional dyspepsia, and to theoretically analyze the mechanism of this prescription, which can provide the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat functional dyspepsia with new ideas and methods.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 patients with spleen and stomach damp heat type FD who came from the treatment center of Baoan Chinese Medicine Hospital and the De.partment of Spleen and Stomach were selected.Using a randomized controlled research method, the experimental group was given Yin’ s We.ihe decoction, and the control group was given domperidone for 2 courses of treatment.Record the TCM clinical symptom score table,FDDQL and whether there are adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups of patients in detail, and use spss22.0 for statistical analysis.Results1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the general conditions, total and individual scores of TCM clinical symptom, and total score of FDDQL between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the cases of the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of TCM clinical syndromes:After treatment, the effective rates of the two groups were 96.4%and 64.3%,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. The total scores of TCM clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group, the scores of TCM symptoms in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).And there is also a significant difference between score difference before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),which reveals that Both therapies are effective for patients, but the experimental group improves the clinical symptoms of TCM better.3.Comparison of individual Chinese medicine symptoms:Compared with before treatment, the scores of primary symptoms of TCM such as abdominal distention, epigastric pain, and poor appetite in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the scores of secondary symptoms of TCM such as dry mouth, sticky stool, yellow urine, and tiredness and weight did not decrease significantly(P>0.05).All TCM symptom scores in the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05).After trea.tment, there were significant differences in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant, except for abdominal fullness(P>0.05).It is suggested that the control group is only effective for gastrointestinal symptoms, while the experimental group is effective for all symptoms, and the symptoms of the experimental group are better than the control group except for the symptoms of abdominal fullness.4.Comparison of quality of life:the total score of FDDQL in the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).However,compared with the control group, the total FDDQL scores in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).And there is also a significant difference between score difference before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),it reveals that both therapies are effective in improving the quality of life of patients, but the effect of the experimental group is better.5.Safety comparison:There were no adverse reactions during the study period between the two groups of patients.ConclusionUnder the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,Yin’s Weihe decoction has a concise compatibility and strong targeted effect, which is obviously better than the control group in overall efficacy, and can comprehensively, safely, and effectively treat the clinical symptoms of spleen-stomach dampness-heat FD.Furthermore,it can improve the quality of life and the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
