The Clinical Observation Of Qiongzhu Qucuo Decoction Combined With Blue And Red Light On Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type Of Post-adolescent Acne

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiongzhu Qucuo decoction combined with blue and red light with treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of post-adolescent acne,The objective evaluation in patients with skin lesions and TCM symptoms change before and after the treatment in the treatment and prognosis,to investigate the optimization scheme of Xiongzhu Qucuo decoction combined with blue and red light treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of post-adolescent acneMethods:From April 2016 to March 2017 in Nanjing City,Jiangning District Chinese medicine hospital outpatients with a total of 52 cases were consistent with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 26 cases,oral medicine Xiongzhu Qucuo decoction,1 dose daily,and 2 times a day,every time 150ml;With blue and red light,blue light,red light 2 times a week,each time for 15 minutes,blue light,red light irradiation for 20 minutes.The control group was treated only with blue and blue light for 6 weeks.The skin lesions and TCM symptom scores of two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:1.The treatment group total effective rate is 88.5%,and the control group was 57.7%,the total curative effect comparison of the two groups have statistically significant differences(P<0.05),said men who remove operation Qiongzhuchucuo decoction combined with red and blue light clinical curative effect is superior to the control group;2.In the two groups before and after the treatment of skin lesion integral,were markedly reduced,but the treatment group integral change significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05);3.Treatment group in the aspect of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the control group had no significant difference.Conclusion:Application of acne Xiongzhu Qucuo decoction combined with blue and red light irradiation in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of post-adolescent acne in skin lesions and TCM symptoms were significantly improved,better than the control group of red and blue light,safe and reliable,and provide a new solution for the treatment of post-adolescent acne.
