The Clinical Research Of Recurrent Lower Urinary Tract Infection Treated By Tong Lin Hua Yu Decoction

Objective: This study is based on the proposed through leaching blood party under the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection(uti)heat and blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical experience,compared two groups of routine urine,urine bacteria culture,change of syndromes,such as index changes,on the preliminary discussion on the party under recurrent urinary tract infections were treated,effectiveness and safety for the agent for the future promotion is used to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:In this study,a total of 90 patients aged 18 to 70 years old who met the heat stasis syndrome of recurrent lower urinary tract infection were selected from September 2018 to December 2019 in the outpatient department of the second department of nephropathy,shanxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine by using the principle of random,parallel control.They were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in the treatment group and 45 patients in the control group.The treatment group was given oral tonglin huayu prescription(1 dose per day,divided into morning and evening,200 ml each time),and the control group was given oral yinhua miyanling tablets(4 tablets at a time,4 times a day),with a total course of 2 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom scores and related indexes of disease efficacy were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was88.4% in the treatment group and 69.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group had an advantage over the control group in controlling the efficacy of TCM syndromes.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 86.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment,both groups could reduce the urinary white blood cell count(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the two groups(P < 0.01)showed that the treatment group had an advantage over the control group.4.After 2 weeks of treatment,both groups could change the nature of urinary bacteria(P < 0.05).The comparison between the groups(P<0.05)showed statistically significant differences.The treatment group had an advantage over the control group in the negative transformation of urinary bacteria.5.After 2 weeks of treatment,both groups could relieve the discomfort symptoms(P < 0.05).In terms of the treatment of main symptoms,the comparison between groups(P < 0.05)showed that the treatment group had a better effect than the control group.There was no significant difference in secondary treatment(P > 0.05).6.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion: In the treatment of recurrent lower urinary tract infection with heat stasis syndrome,tonglin huayu prescription can reduce the number of white blood cells in the urine and improve the negative circulation of urinary bacteria.It can effectively control the main clinical symptoms of patients such as short frequency of urination,hot and stinging pain in the urethra,short abdominal distress,yellow urine,etc.,with rare adverse reactions.It provides a new idea for the treatment of recurrent lower urinary tract infection with pure Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
