Clinical Observation Of Qingli Tonglin Prescription In Treating Acute Urinary Tract Infection With Lower-Jiao Dampness-heat Syndrome In Women

Objective:On the basis of antibiotic treatment,to observe the effect of Qingli Tonglin prescription in treating acute urinary tract Infection with lower-Jiao dampness-heat syndrome in women and it’s improvement the laboratory indicators,finally to discuss the significance of the composition of QingLiTongLin prescription.Methods:From April 2019 to December 2019,We divided forty female patients with dampness and heat syndrome into control group(20cases)and treatment group(20cases),who all come from the Jiangsu province Hospital of TcM,On the basis of routine antibiotic treatment,the patients from treatment group recept the treatment of The QingLiTongLin prescription,theprescriptioniscombinedwithZhimul0g,Huangbai6g,Yazhicao30g,Machixian30g,Baimaogen20g,Bianxu15g,Tusizi12g,Fulin15g,Baishao10g,Shenggancao5g.The course of treatment is one week.One week later,the improvement of symptoms and laboratory indexes in the two groups were observed after treatment.Results:①Comparison of western medicine efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%and the total effective rate of the control group was 95.0%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).②TCM syndrome effect:The total effective rate was 95%in the treatment group and 75%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).③ Changes in urine roUTIne:The white blood cell of the two groups were decreased after the treatmen(p<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).④Both the control group and the treatment group showed significant improvement in the remaining symptoms(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the symptoms such as urination frequency,urination urgency,hot and stinging urination,and cramping sensation of the lower abdomen were significantly improved,and the treatment group had better efficacy,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).⑤No adverse reactions occurred in the patients during the experiment.Conchusion:QingLiTongLin prescription has a significant effect on the treatment of acute urinary tract infection in women.It has certain advantages in relieving the symptoms such as urination frequency,urination urgency,hot and stabbing pain in urination,and cramping sensation of the lower abdomen,etc.
