| Objective:Statistics in recent years,the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical univers ity endocrine treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)use of Chinese medic ine,using association rules and clustering analysis to treat DKD traditional Chi nese medicine prescription,summarizes the drug laws,and using clinical case-c ontrol study to analyze its qi and activating blood possible pharmacological eff ects,provide reference for clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Methods:1.Based on data mining technology,anhui university of traditional Chinese medicin e hospital information system in January 2012 to December 2018 in endocrinology in patients Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease in hospital medical records informatio n collection processing,using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 14.2 drug association rules and clustering analysis,to explore Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic ki dney disease medication rule;2.According to the selected standard,60 patients Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Dise ase in the department of endocrinology in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui univer sity of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into the ex perimental group(EG)and the control group(CG)by numerical random method.EG to conventional treatment(hypoglycemic antihypertensive,lipid,reducing urinary pro tein and other symptomatic treatment),the team in the CG treatment on the basis of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,a pair of every day,the tw o groups were observed 3 mouths,compare the two groups before and after treat ment the FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,serum lipid,GFR,ACR,symptom integral,BMI and the occurrence of hypoglycemia.Combined with the data mining results,thi s paper analyzes the therapeutic mechanism of invigorating Qiyin Liangxu Jia Yu a nd finally draws the research conclusion.Consequence:1.General informationA total of 1,521 patients with Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease admitted to the department of endocrinology from January 2012 to December 2018 were collected,among whom 877 were males and 644 were females,with more males than fema les.2.Regular drug use(1)General situation of EG: From 2012 to 2018,1,145 of the 1,521 inpatients with Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease in the department of endocrinology use d EG,and a total of 8,301 prescriptions were collected,involving 436 EG.A mong them,appear frequency highest is Tuckahoe,next is Salviae Miltiorrhiza,Safflower,Tangerine Peel;The most common kinds are tonic Qi and nourishin g Yin Chinese medicine,followed by Water Infiltration and Wet.The four qi herbs used are mainly cold,warm and flat,and the the five flavours are mostl y bitter and sweet,and the five qi herbs are mainly liver,lung,spleen and ki dney.(2)Analysis of core prescription: The compatibility network was established a mong all medicine,and the core prescription was obtained through entropy clu stering analysis.The core prescription included Poria Cocos,Astragalus Membr anaceus,Ophiopogonus Ophiopogonis and Salvia Miltiorrhiza as the core medic ine.(3)The herbal medicine on relevance: Herbal medicine to the association rules show that Poria Cocos,Coix Seed,Tuckahoe,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Poria Cocos,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Coix Seed,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Coix Seed,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Salvia Miltio rrhiza,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Liquorice,Red Sage Root,Dried Tang erine or Orange Peel,Poria Cocos,Coix Seed,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Tuckahoe,Liquorice,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Poria Cocos,Dandelion,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Poria Cocos,commonly used for.3.Comparison of 30 cases in each EG group and CG group:(1)Symptom scores and efficacy comparison: After treatment,there were significant differences in symptom scores between the EG group and the CG group compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).The symptom scores of the E G group improved significantly compared with that of the EG group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the patients was higher than that of the EG group,a nd the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Blood glucose comparison: After treatment,FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c in the EG group and the CG group were all decreased compared with those before tr eatment(P<0.01).The decrease of FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c in the EG group w as more significant than that in the CG group(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of serum lipid and BMI: After treatment,TG,LDL-C and BM I in the research group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).In the control group,TG and ldl-c decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),but HDL-C and BMI showed no statistically signific ant changes compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).BMI in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti cally significant(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of renal function: After treatment,there was no significant diff erence in Cr and ACR in the CG group compared with before treatment(P>0.01),while 24 h U-TP and GFR were improved compared with before treatment,showing statistical significance(P<0.01).After treatment,Cr,ACR,24 h U-TP a nd GFR in the EG group all improved compared with those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.01).In addition,the reduction of 24 h U-TP an d ACR in the EG group was more significant than that in the CG group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The number of inpatients with Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease in the depar tment of endocrinology in our hospital is increasing year by year,with more males than females,and the peak age of the disease is from 61 to 70 years ol d.2.The traditional Chinese medicine mainly consists of
