Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription On Diabetic Kidney Disease Stage Ⅲ

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage III(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),the therapeutic effect and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription are clear.Through the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease in TCM,the establishment and meaning of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription is explained,and the feasibility of the prescription for treating diabetic kidney disease stage III is explained from both theoretical and clinical research.It’s also Provide effective treatment prescription for diabetic kidney disease stage III.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic kidney disease stage III(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)are selected as the research objects.The patients who meet the criteria were divided into "experimental group(Chinese medicine + basic treatment)" and "control group(basic treatment)" by randomized,controlled clinical trial methods.A total of 60 cases were observed and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Observe the TCM symptom scores,efficacy indicators,safety indicators,and adverse reactions during and after treatment of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Collect the data from the study,use SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis,and give a preliminary treatment effect and safety evaluation.Result:1.Clinical efficacy: A total of 60 patients were included in this study,and no cases were dropped or excluded.Observed after 8 weeks of treatment,in the experimental group,11 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 73.33%;in the control group,7 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 13 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 56.67%.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The indicators of Glycolipid metabolism : After 8 weeks of treatment,the differences in FGB,TG and TC between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:In the experimental group,1 case was clinically cured,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%;the control group was clinically cured 0 cases,3 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,and 14 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 53.33%,The difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: The difference in TCM syndrome score between the experimental group and the control group after 8 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The indicators of Safety: There was no statistically significant difference in liver function between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the basic treatment methods of TCM syndrome differentiation and "Bushen Huoxue Formula",Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription can effectively reduce urine protein excretion compared with basic treatment,while maintaining stable renal function is equivalent to basic treatment.2.After treatment,the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,while the experimental group was better than the control group,indicating that Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription can improve the glucose and lipids of patients with DKD III(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)Metabolic level,the effect is better than basic treatment.3.Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription can significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of patients with DKD III(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and the curative effect is better than that of basic treatment.4.There was no abnormality in liver function before and after the treatment,which indicated that Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription is safe and feasible in the treatment of DKDⅢ(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).
