Study On The Clinical Effect Of Sangxing Zhike Powder In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma With Zaoxieshangfei Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and superior efficacy of sangxing zhike powder in the treatment of cough variant asthma(Zaoxieshangfei syndrome),so as to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of cough variant asthma by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In January 2019 to December2019 between the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region of respiratory and critical care department and outpatients as test object,63 patients will be included in the study,and it accords with cough variant asthma(Zaoxieshangfei syndrome)diagnostic criteria,31 patients in the treatment group and 32 in the control group were divided into two groups.The control group was given the conventional western medicine treatment plan(budesonide formoterol powder inhalation),the treatment group was combined with the traditional chinese medicine(sangxing zhike powder)on the basis of Western medicine treatment,and the course of treatment is 4weeks.Before and after the treatment,To observe the quality of life questionnaire score of Leicester Cough,western medicine cough symptom score,TCM clinical syndrome points and effective rate of clinical syndrome were compared,and spss19.0 was used for statistical analysis of the observation results.Results: 1.Comparing the general clinical data of the two groups,before the treatment quality of life questionnaire score of Leicester Cough,western medicine cough symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome efficacy integral,P > 0.05;2.Pretherapy and post-treatment,two groups of patients quality of life questionnaire score of Leicester Cough,western medicine cough symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome treatment product,all of them were better than pretherapy,P < 0.05;3.In the treatment group,quality of life questionnaire score of Leicester Cough,western medicine cough symptom score,TCMclinical syndrome score,the treatment group was superior to the control group,P < 0.05;4.Before and after treatment,the vital signs and safety indexes of the two groups were normal,and no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment process of all the patients,indicating that the treatment of sangxing zhike powder combined with western medicine has reliable safety and little side effects.Conclusion: the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with cough variant asthma can be effectively improved,reduce the psychological burden of patients,and it has the advantages of reliable safety and small side effects.
