Objective:To study the quantitative levels of the pathogenic bacteria Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg)and Aggregatibacter actinomycecomcomitans(Aa)in patients with chronic periodontitis in Huocheng area,Xinjiang. The relationship between periodontal status and demographic data, oral health awareness, and oral health behaviors was studied in the study population. Methods:Demographic data, oral health status and oral health behavioral data of 211 study subjects collected and collected in the Epidemiological Survey of Huocheng County,Xinjiang Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture from January to February 2019.At the same time, the clinical periodontal index(PD,AL,BOP)was measured, dental plaque(subgingival plaque)samples were collected, and Real-Time Quantitation Polymerase Chain Reaction was used to quantitatively detect the levels of Pg and Aa.Use SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyze, use χ2 test and binomial logistic regression to analyze oral health cognition and behavior, use t test and KS univariate ANOVA to analyze demographic data, periodontitis index and periodontal clinical indicators Of DNA levels.Results:(1)Demographic grouping the quantitative distribution of the dominant bacteria in the plaque showed that the quantitative distribution of Pg and Aa were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the quantitative distribution of Pg and Aa were the same as There was no significant difference in population education and annual income(P>0.05).(2)The quantitative distributions of Pg and Aa were significantly different from those of AL,PD,BOP,and periodontitis(P<0.05).(3)The results of single factor analysis of chronic periodontitis showed that the frequency of brushing, the time of brushing, the oral hygiene status of the mouth, gum bleeding, toothache always take medicine, and the use of dental floss is related to chronic periodontitis(P<0.05);Methods,frequency of toothbrush replacement, toothbrush type, and knowledge of tooth washing were not related to chronic periodontitis(P>0.05).The binomial logistic regression results showed that using dental floss(OR=0.156,95%CI:0.046-0.526,P=0.003),toothache always took medicine(OR=0.156,95%CI:0.046-0.526,P=0.003),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the frequency of brushing, bleeding of gums, time to brush, oral health status of the mouth and chronic periodontitis(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Age and gender may affect the quantitative distribution of Pg and Aa.(2)The quantitative distribution of Pg and Aa may be related to the periodontal clinical indicators and periodontitis index.(3)Chronic periodontitis is related to a variety of factors.Dental floss and toothache always take medicine as protective factors.
