Research On Theservicemode Medical-nursing Combined In Community In Beijing

Community home-based care is generally favored because it coincides with the elderly's willingness to "stay in the field".Older people are vulnerable to a variety of diseases due to their age,the incidence of disability and dementia is greatly increased,and the demand for health services is strong.However,the community living in China has started late,and the development is still not perfect,showing the trend of "heavy medical care".Therefore,The effective combination of medical resources in the community can meet the needs of the elderly in the community for quality and efficient health services,and also plays an important role in the innovative old-age service model and the improvement of the old-age security system.This study investigated the B station,the first medical-integrated community pension service station in Shijingshan,a national community and home reform pilot area and a long-term care insurance pilot area,and conducted a more in-depth understanding of the implementation through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.The survey found that the elderly in the community also have a wide and diverse demand for the medical-nursing combined in community,and the demand for community health care is high.At the same time,by embedding in the community hospitals,the station has established a service model that uses the station as a platform to centrally supply community medical resources,providing health care,nursing care,on-site inspection visits,cultural and sports entertainment services for the elderly in the community.Because of lacking operation and management experience,B stationencounters supply and demand deviations of service content,subjects and methods,insufficient professional medical personnel and economic support,and invalid internal and external supervision and evaluation,and poor communication between various entities,which limits medical-nursing combind and has hindered the elderly in the community from obtaining efficient and convenient medical care services.The complexity and variability of social problems are increasing,and it is difficult for a single subject to respond effectively.Therefore,multi-subjects need to participate in this project to promote the deep integration of medical-nursing in community.This study combines the theory of welfare pluralism and proposes measures for the multi-subjects of government,community,society and family.The government should increase subsidies for supply and demand,and improve relevant policy measures.Community stations should break the supply of service solidification,expanding the scale of talents,formulating training plans,and strengthen policy propaganda.The social third-party assessment agency should provide post-assessment support for the service.The higher-level management department should improve the internal assessment and evaluation mechanism and management system.Volunteers should also join the old service team to promote charity and dedication.The family should serve as a source of material and a spiritual harbor to protect the elderly from material and spiritual prosperity.With the joint efforts of many parties,community health care will develop steadily and healthily,creating a happier old age for the community.
