In the background of rapid development of science and technology,the demand for talents in various industries is increasing.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational nursing plays an important role in providing high-quality nursing talents.Different from the teaching methods in ordinary colleges and universities,higher vocational nursing care in the process of teaching practice teaching.Therefore,the design and implementation of practical training project teaching has become an important factor affecting the quality of teaching.Based on the theoretical basis of the work process,this paper will study the teaching of nursing training projects in higher vocational colleges,and provide the theoretical reference and practical basis for the optimization of the current vocational nursing teaching.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire interview,experimental research methods and other research methods,completed the following research.1.This paper expounds the research purpose of this topic,sorts out and analyzes the application and research status of the theory of work process and project teaching at home and abroad.2.Carry out the theoretical research on the teaching design of practical training project based on work process,the process of instructional design is proposed and the research practice is guided.3.Two parallel classes were selected from the class of 2018 as the experimental class and the control.In the course of the study,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode while the experimental group took the engineering process oriented project teaching mode.The teaching cycle is 4 months.After the end of the study,students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills and initiative to study independently are assessed and evaluated,therough the comparison of statistical data,the effect of experimental teaching mode on the teaching of professional courses in vocational education is verified.Practical research confirmed the teaching model of the project oriented nursing practice training project can be better adapted to the reform requirements of the current nursing professional education,so as to meet the needs of the state for senior nursing talents.In the process of implementation,the teaching mode oriented by the engineering process can better follow the teaching rules of higher vocational education,give full play to the advantages and potential of the higher vocational students,improve the quality of the practical training in higher vocational education,promote the students' high quality employment,and make the students with different natural resources and intelligence advantages the most suitable for their own characteristics.Development,thus realizing the all-round development of human beings,is worthy of popularization and application in higher vocational nursing training project teaching.
