As China's economic and social development enters a new normal,the population is aging,and new urbanization is accelerating.The supply-side structural reform has further released the multi-level and diversified health needs of the masses.Accelerating the development of nursing care and closely linking the connotation of nursing services with the health needs of the people is a new topic to promote economic restructuring,expand social employment,and improve the health of the people.Advocating the concept of great health and great health,changing the "taking the disease as the center" as "taking health as the center",paying attention to the whole cycle of life and the whole process of health.Nursing services play an important role in satisfying the overall needs of the physical,psychological and social needs of the people.It puts high demands on the nursing technology,and naturally puts forward new requirements for the training of nursing staff.In recent years,although China's nursing industry has been greatly improved,there is still a big gap with the development of the entire medical industry.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the current situation of clinical practice teaching in higher vocational nursing profession and explore its improvement measures.This study comprehensively grasped the clinical practice teaching status of higher vocational nursing students through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,followed by the practice teaching concept of nursing professional,the setting of practical curriculum,the setting of practical curriculum,the configuration of practical courses inside and outside the school,and the allocation of teachers.Conditions,practical teaching operation and management system,teaching teachers and other teaching skills to understand its problems and causes,and finally put forward the corresponding recommendations to improve the clinical practice teaching of higher vocational nursing professional teaching system.Studies have shown that the clinical practice curriculum is not reasonable,emphasis on theoretical study,light technical operation,less training time schedule;clinical practice teaching concept lags;clinical practice teaching mode is single;teaching practice clinical teaching conditions are insufficient,clinical practicesupervision.The system has not yet formed,the number of clinical practice bases is insufficient;it is difficult to meet the needs of clinical practice teaching with teachers,the structure of teachers is unreasonable,the lack of dual-teachers,the professional literacy of teachers is to be improved,and the lack of career development planning;clinical practice teaching evaluation.The system has not been built and so on.In response to specific problems,the corresponding solutions are proposed: changing the concept of practical teaching;rationally arranging practical courses;innovating practical teaching methods;improving practical teaching conditions,formulating targeted teaching plans,establishing a sound teaching supervision system,and increasing campus The external training practice base ensures that there are sufficient clinical internship positions;optimizes the structure of teaching teachers,strictly selects teachers with teaching,rationally plans the professional development of teaching teachers,pays attention to the professional quality improvement of teaching teachers,and improves the practical teaching evaluation system.
