Analysis And Design Of Perioperative Nursing Information System Based On Mobile Devices

[Objectives] In recent years,the application of mobile devices in perioperative nursing has greatly improved the timeliness and accuracy of nursing information and reduced the workload of medical staff.In order to improve the perioperative nursing efficiency and nursing quality as well as better guarantee the operation safety and quality,this study presents a design scheme of the perioperative nursing information system based on mobile devices.[Methods] Using literature research method to analyze a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,and to find out the limitation of the research as well as determine the research orientation by teasing out the research status of nursing management in operating room;Adopting the field investigation method to investigate the anesthesiology department,operative instruments department and related departments in a certain grade-three general hospital,so as to learn the daily work process of each department as well as obtain relevant internal information to give data support for the writing of the paper;Using interview methods to conduct a deep interview with perioperative nursing staff to understand their needs,and design the corresponding information system scheme,and constantly improve it through the conversation with the relevant department staff;Adopting business modeling method,and using Business Process Modeling Notation to draw the flow chart of operating room nursing business and clearly show the flow direction of business activities.[Results] The study teases out the current situation of operating room informatization and operating room mobile nursing in China,and according to the present situation of perioperative nursing management in a certain grade-three general hospital in Wuhan,Hubei Province,the mobile device-based perioperative nursing information system design scheme is given in detail by completing the system demand analysis,combing the hospital background,organizational structure and personnel in the operating room,and analyzing business process as well as the nursing data flow;after system analysis the technical framework and overall structure of the system are designed,in the end,according to the result of system use case analysis,the design of system function module and database are finished.[Conclusions] The traditional operating room nursing mode is difficult to effectively solve the challenges brought by the rapid development of the hospital operating room.How to realize the comprehensive improvement of nursing efficiency,nursing quality and operation safety in the perioperative nursing process through the informatization is the highlight that the hospital managers pay attention to.This study takes the construction of the perioperative nursing information system of a certain grade-three general hospital in Wuhan,Hubei Province as an opportunity to design a perioperative mobile nursing information system covering the three nodes of preoperative care,intraoperative nursing and postoperative care and the design concept is based on the use of mobile device.The information system can not only well meet the demand of the perioperative nursing,but improve the accuracy of nursing records and the efficiency of perioperative nursing work,and promote the nursing quality as well as operation safety.
