Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of The Operating Room Nursing Quality To Prevent DVT In Patients With Hip Replacement

Objective: Based on the theoretical framework of the "three-dimensional quality structure" model proposed by Donabedian,to construct the evaluation index system of the operating room nursing quality for the prevention of DVT in THA patients,and to provide a scientific and systematic nursing management tool for the evaluation of the quality of DVT prevention nursing in THA surgery.Methods: Through literature research and semi-structured interview,the evaluation indexes of the operating room nursing quality for preventing DVT in THA patients were extracted,and a preliminary questionnaire was formed.22 experts who met the Delphi criteria for expert correspondence were selected for two rounds of correspondence,forming an evaluation index system of the operating room nursing quality for the final prevention of DVT in THA patients.Finally,the weight of each index combination was calculated using the analytic hierarchy process,and the internal structure consistency of the indexes was tested.Results: A preliminary evaluation index was formed based on the 19 articles included in this study;A formal questionnaire was formed based on the interview results of 12 doctors and nurses;The effective recovery rates of Delphi expert correspondence questionnaires were91% and 95%,the authority coefficients were 0.838 and 0.873,the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.285 and 0.347,P<0.01,the coefficient of variation of each index was less than 0.25,and the experts’ opinions were concentrated and tended to be consistent.The consistency ratio(CR value)of indicators at all levels calculated by the analytic hierarchy process is less than 0.1,the consistency of indicators is high,and the weight distribution is reasonable.Conclusion: This study has established an evaluation index system for the quality of nursing care in the operating room to prevent DVT in THA patients,including 3 first level indicators,17 second level indicators,and 57 third level indicators.The index system is comprehensive and hierarchical,with good scientific,reliable,and clinical practicality.For THA perioperative DVT prevention nursing quality evaluation system to improve the intraoperative thrombosis prevention this link,but also for the follow-up operation room disease DVT prevention provides a reference.
