Clinical Study On The Efficacy And Safety Of Jindan Fuyan Granule In Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Damp-heat Intrinsic

ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety and efficacy of Jindan Fuyan Granule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness and heat,and provide reference for clinical drug use.Method120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with hot and humid intensive period from June 2016 to June 2017 were collected from Yichun People’s Hospital.106 cases were completed.Patients who meet the criteria for admission,take Jindan Fuyan granules,boiled water,1 bag at a time,3 times a day,and take the drug after 6 weeks.The efficacy of the drug was evaluated by observing the patient’s comprehensive efficacy after taking the drug,the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the efficacy of local signs and the efficacy of each individual symptom;the patient was evaluated by observing the patient’s adverse events and laboratory tests,electrocardiogram,vital signs and other results during the test.Security.Patients were followed up for 5 times,and each follow-up record was recorded in the case report form.Result1.The comprehensive efficacy score of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease after taking Jindan Fuyan granules for 6 weeks was 6.56+4.86 points,which was significantly lower than the score of 19.75+6.31 before treatment,and it was statistically significant.The total score of TCM symptom after 6 weeks of treatment was 4.16+3.03 points,which was significantly lower than the score of 10.89+2.94 before treatment,and it was statistically significant.The total score of local signs after 6 weeks of treatment was 2.40 + 2.93 points,which was significantly lower than the pre-treatment score of 8.87 + 4.20,and was statistically significant.2.The total effective rate of comprehensive treatment after treatment for 3 weeks was 70.75%,and the total effective rate after comprehensive treatment for 6 weeks was 94.34%.The difference was statistically significant.After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptom was 56.60%,and the total effective rate of TCM symptom after treatment for 6 weeks was 93.40%.The difference was statistically significant.After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of local signs was 68.87%.After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of local signs was 83.96%.And the difference is statistically significant.3.After 6 weeks of treatment,the lower abdomen and lumbosacral swelling of the patient’s TCM symptoms are painful,with a large amount of yellow,thick or odor,low fever,fatigue,fatigue,sexual life or menstrual abdominal pain,menstrual flow More or longer menstruation,dry stools or sputum is not good,urinary yellow and other TCM symptoms have improved individual symptoms.The uterine activity in the patient’s local signs was restricted and tender.The left and right attachments were thickened and tender,and the left and right attachment areas showed masses.The thickening and tenderness of the palpebral ligaments were significantly improved..4.In the course of the study,no adverse events and serious adverse events occurred,the patient’s vital signs were stable,and there were no obvious abnormal changes in ECG and laboratory tests.Three of them had a history of combined medication.ConclusionJindan Fuyan Granule has good curative effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat intrinsic,and it has good clinical safety and is worthy of clinical use.
