Bo Chun-particle Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Clinical Observations,

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the safety on Bai Chun Granule (BCG) treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and provide scientific basis for BCG's application in clinic.Methods:42 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups randomly; BCG treatment group and Fu Le Granule (FLG) control group, each of which contained 21cases.BCG group and FLG group were treated with BCG and FLG respectively. Treatment period is one month. Before and after the treatment,clinical symptoms, local physical signs and safety index of patients were observed.Result:1. The rate of recovery of BCG is 14.29%, the rate of the marked effect is 28.57%,the total effective rate is 90.48%.The rate of recovery of FLG is 0%,the rate of marked effect is 42.86%, the total effective rate is 85.71%.By means of statistics analysis, there is no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).2.Both medicine can improve pelvic local physical (lower abdominal pain, leulorrhagia etc.) after the treatment(P<0.05),but pelvic local physical signs lack of marked difference between two groups before and after the treatment (P>0.05).3.Both medicine can improve some symptoms(k>wer abdominal tenderness, tenderness in the uterus, thickening of the appendage, etc).There isn't marked difference between two groups on improving some symptoms.4.Safety inspection: There is no abnormal change by inspecting blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function and ECG before and after the treatment.lt indicates that BCG hasn't harmful reaction,and BCG is safety in the course of clinical application.Conclusion:BCG can effectively treat chronic pelvic inflammatory examined accumulation and stasis of damp-heat and distinctly improve some symptoms,pelvic physical signs BCG is safety and hasn't harmful reaction.
