Clinical Study On Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Belongs To The Hot And Damp Stasis Ties The Card Treated By Resolving Heat And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease belongs in insufficiency of the hot and damp stasis ties the card.Methods: Clinical evaluations were made on 55 patients suffering from CPID who were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group(30 cases) were given Xiao Ji granule on the principle of clearing away heat-removing damp & prmoting the blood circulation-resolving mass. Control group(25 cases) were cured with Kang Fu Yan capsule. All patients were evaluated at syndrome integrals and physical sign integrals and integrated integrals, examined by pelvic ultrasonic inspection before and after 2 months' treatment. And two groups were determined the concentration of CA125, estradiol, hemorheology.Results: The cured and apparent rate of treatment group on integrated therapeutic effects was83.33%,on TCM syndrome effects was 86.67%,on physical sign effects was 56.67%;while control group was60.00%,60.00% and 48.00% accordingly. There was significant statistical difference on integrated therapeutic effects and TCM syndrome effects between two groups, while physical sign effects were not. The integrated integrals, syndrome integrals and physical sign integrals were remarkably reduced in both groups. The reduction was more apparent in the treatment group than in the control group, and there was significant statistical difference on the integrated integrals and syndrome integrals. The syndrome and physical sign were obviously improved in two groups, but there was no significant statistical difference on them. There was no significant statistical difference among the patients with different ages, courses of disease and the degree of an illness. In treatment group, the concentration of CA125, whole blood viscosity in low shear rate, HCT and erythrocyte aggregation index in hemorheology were distinctly descended after treatment. And had significant statistical difference. While the concentration of estradiol had no change. There were no badness reaction and noxious side effect in both groups.Conclusions: Xiao Ji granule could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, stop the pain, clearing away heat-removing damp and strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogen. The therapy of Xiao Ji granule is effective and safe for CPID (The hot and damp stasis ties the card). The effect may be aehieved by rectifying the immunity dysfunction and improving the blood rheology.
