The increasing number of disabled elderly makes the society and family face tremendous nursing pressure,so people put forward higher requirements for family intelligent nursing bed.However,the nursing bed on the market has the disadvantages of single function and low intelligent degree,and it is difficult to meet the various nursing needs of the disabled.In order to minimize the nursing burden of the family,and to improve the quality of life of the disabled elderly,this paper studies the remote interactive control and health assessment of intelligent nursing bed based on the existing intelligent nursing bed which can change the shape of bed.The main works are as follows:1.The function of handling stool and urine is increased.Firstly,the function is designed by modularization,including processor module,power module,washing and cleaning module,drying module,water temperature heating module,Bluetooth communication module and so on.Then according to the specific function of each module,the components are reasonably selected,and the hardware circuit and software design of each module are completed.Finally,in order to realize the remote control of each function of the nursing bed,the communication design between the module of handling stool and urine and the module of changing the shape of bed is completed.2.The App is developed to realize the remote interactive control of the intelligent nursing bed.Firstly,according to the actual needs of the elderly,the overall design of the page layout of the App is carried out.At the same time,the development of Android Bluetooth is completed.The remote interactive control is realized by using the technology of HuanXin instant messaging.By downloading HuanXin SDK and importing relevant jar packages into the project,the functions such as registration,login,add friends and real-time video call are developed based on HuanXin.The video call interface is improved to suit the system,and the control interface of nursing bed is added.When the family makes video call with the elderly,by clicking the control button of the video interface,the control instructions can be forwarded to the tablet next to the bed through the HuanXin cloud server,and then the tablet sends the instructions to the control module of intelligent nursing bed in the way of Bluetooth,so that the visualized remote interactive control is realized.3.A method of health assessment for disabled elderly based on BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is proposed and implemented in App of nursing bed.By selecting representative feature vectors,setting corresponding health grades,and using statistical data sets,the health assessment model is established by Matlab.The test results reflect the feasibility of the above method.Finally,the weights and thresholds of the model are extracted and assigned directly to the BP neural network written in Java language,so that the health assessment function is realized in the App offline.Family members simply input the measured physiological parameters orderly into the health assessment function of the App to get the results.
