Correlation Between Thyroid Nodules And TCM Constitution

Objective Through the investigation of TCM physique questionnaire for patients with thyroid nodules,the characteristics of TCM constitution distribution and related indicators were explored.Statistical methods were used to analyze the susceptibility of the disease,and the internal relationship between physical fitness and related indicators was discussed.Provide a theoretical reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods Collecting 393 patients who met our admission and exclusion criteria from February to December 2018,according to the Classification and Judgment of TCM Constitution,the TCM constitution was classified to explore the distribution of TCM constitution of the disease;The effects of gender,BMI group,thyroid function,thyroid antibody level,blood lipid level and fasting blood glucose level on TCM constitution of patients with this disease.Results(1)The distribution of gender,age group and BMI group in thyroid nodules were different.The thyroid nodules were more common in women,and the BMI was mostly in the normal range.The distribution of gender and BMI group in the benign and malignant nodules group did not have Statistical differences;the distribution of the two groups in the age group is different,middle-aged people are more common in the benign group,and more common in the malignant group.(2)The distribution of physique in patients with thyroid nodules is: partial physique,specific: yin deficiency(16.28%)> qi stagnation(14.76%)> moist heat(13.99%)> phlegm-dampness = sputum blood quality(7.63%)>Special sputum(6.36%)> qi deficiency(4.83%)> yang deficiency(4.33%);the proportion of sputum in the benign and malignant nodules was different,and the rest of the physique accounted for The difference was not statistically significant.(3)Among the nodule patients,the yin deficiency constitution and the qi stagnation constitution are more common in women,and the phlegm physique is more common in men;(4)Young patients have common damp-heat quality and yin deficiency.Middle-aged patients are common with qi stagnation and yin deficiency.Older patients are often qi-deficiency,phlegm-dampness and yang-deficiency;yin deficiency and damp heat are more common in young people.The quality of peace and qi stagnation are more common in middle-aged people.The qi deficiency quality,yang deficiency quality and phlegm dampness are more common in the elderly.(5)In the BMI<24 group,common yin deficiency and sputum blood quality;in the BMI ≥24 group,common moist heat,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness.The quality of yin and yin deficiency is more common in BMI<24.The yang deficiency,phlegm and dampness,dampness and heat,and blood stasis are more common in BMI≥24.(6)The level of fasting blood glucose is low,and the fasting blood sugar level of qi deficiency and damp heat is higher.The TG level of Pinghe quality and Yin deficiency is lower,and the TG level of Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness,damp heat and qi stagnation is higher.The level of CHOL in Pinghe quality,Yin deficiency and blood quality is low.The HDL-C level of Pinghe quality,Yin deficiency quality and blood quality is higher,and the HDL-C level of Qi deficiency,phlegm and dampness is lower.The level of LDL-C is lower in the quality and blood quality,and the level of LDL-C in the qi stagnation is higher.(7)The levels of FT3 and FT4 were higher in patients with damp-heat quality,FT3 levels were higher in patients with qi-deficiency,and FT4 levels were lower in yang-deficiency.The level of TG-Ab was lower in patients with peace and quality,and the level of TPO-Ab was higher in patients with qi deficiency,yin deficiency and qi stagnation.Conclusion(1)The proportion of partial physique in thyroid nodules is more,and the type of physique is yin deficiency,qi stagnation,damp heat,and blood stasis is more likely to form malignant nodules.(2)In patients with thyroid nodules,different body types are related to gender,age,BMI group,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids,thyroid function,and antibody levels,which may provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
