Clinical Observation On Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis Treated By Pricking Blood And Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of pricking blood therapy combined with qingyanlige decoction in the treatment of tonsillitis with pattern of heat exuberance in lung and stomach,and to evaluate the advantages of external therapy with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: a total of 60 cases of patients with pattern of heat exuberance in lung and stomach,disease course within 2 days and receiving treatment in the outpatient department of the otolaryngology,First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 30 cases in each observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Control group take the qingyanlige decoction,observation group get the pricking blood therapy combined to take the qingyanlige decoction,two groups of patients were bland diet and avoid alcohol and tobacco,in the first day,2 days,5 days after treatment clinical symptoms,signs,observation statistics according to the quantitative score standard record points,calculation and analysis with statistical software SPSS22.0 processing.Results: 1.Overall curative effect analysis: the curative effect was compared between the two groups after 5 days of treatment,among which 13 cases were cured in the observation group,11 cases were significantly effective,5 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,the overall effective rate was:96.67%,and the markedly effective rate was: 80%.In the control group,5cases were cured,10 showed significant effect,11 were effective,and 4 were ineffective.The overall effective rate was: 86.67%,and the markedly effective rate was: 50%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.Intra-group efficacy analysis after treatment: the scores of each symptom and sign of the observation group on the second day and the fifthday after treatment were all P<0.01,showing a significant statistical difference.In the control group,the score of lymph node enlargement degree、tonsil hyperemia degree and halitosis on the second day was P>0.05,with no significant statistical difference;the score of other symptoms and signs was P<0.01,with extremely significant statistical difference.On the fifth day after treatment,all the scores of the symptoms and signs were P<0.01,showing a significant statistical difference.3.comparison among groups of the efficacy analysis after treatment :the second day and fifth day observation group compared with control group in the symptoms and signs,degree of tonsil swollen,sore throat,fever,swollen congestion degree,the degree of tonsillar surface adhesion purulent secretion,bad breath symptoms and signs scores than P < 0.01,with significant statistical difference Conclusion: 1.Puncture blood therapy combined with qingyanlige decoction and qingyanlige decoction are both effective in the treatment of tonsillitis with pattern of heat exuberance in lung and stomach.2.The pricking blood therapy combined with the taking of qingyan lige decoction for the treatment of tonsillitis with pattern of heat exuberance in lung and stomach is effective and better than the qingyan lige decoction.3.The pricking blood method combined with qingyan lige decoction is superior to qingyan lige decoction in rapidly reducing tonsil swelling,pharyngeal pain,fever,tonsil congestion,tonsil purulent and halitosis.4.Qingyanlige decoction combined with blood-pricking method is superior to qingyanlige decoction in reducing tonsil swelling,pharyngeal pain,fever,tonsil congestion,tonsil purulent and halitosis..
