Research On Mobile Medical Service System Of Diabetes Based On The Theory Of Service Design

The current population and the prevalence rate of diabetes in China is at the first place all over the world.As a chronic disease,the control of blood sugar proved to be the most important.At present,mobile medical device is one of the most effective tools to help patients manage themselves well.By the means of analyzing the treatment process of diabetes and the mobile medical equipment and APP for diabetes control,this article summarizes the pain points and opportunity points in the whole procedure.Furthermore,under the background of the methodology of service design and Internet technology,this paper also put forward new possibilities for patients' self health management with new treatment scheme and new service system.Based on the user analysis model in the service design theory,such as face to face in-depth interviews with doctors and diabetic patients,the user journey,the task analysis network,the service ecological map,the service blueprint,finding low efficiency of the medical treatment due to long distance between main hospital and family,a long line to wait for,long time to taking medicine,not enough time to consult with doctors.Now that the policy has announced “no need to go out of community with light disease,but go to the main hospital with heavy disease.”This article further put forward the concrete plan to help it come true.That is,in the beginning,patients use the household blood glucose meter to detect the blood sugar,sending the blood sugar data to the doctor of the main hospital.Then carry out a remote consultation with the doctor of the main hospital and receive the remote prescription.With the demand of ensuring the credit mechanism,patients can take medicine nearby.Thus,this process can not only meet patients' demand of communicating with doctors in main hospital,but also can save time.Meanwhile,the tutor system between the main hospital and the community hospital can further increase the doctors' professional ability in community hospital,and increase patients' trust,so as to encourage patients to go to community hospital.On one hand,it can improve the efficiency,on the other hand,it can also alleviate the congestion in the main hospital.Finally,this paper gives feedback by the way of consulting 32 doctors from Beijing,Chengdu,Shenzhen,Urumqi,Luzhou,Nanchong.According to the calculation method,the feasibility score is 8.9167,more than the reference fraction 8.53,which is proved to be sort of theoretical practicability.
