Research On The Service Design Of Community Medical Care Combined With Elderly Care Service Based On Kano Model

At present,the number of the elderly population in China is increasing year by year,the aging degree is becoming more serious,and the pension problem has aroused the attention of the whole society.With the gradual miniaturization of the family structure,the traditional family pension model is gradually weakening,most pension institutions can not meet the personalized pension needs of different groups of elderly people,and the community pension model is flexible and operable.However,our country is in the stage of being old before preparation.The social pension resources are scarce and scattered,and there are problems such as mismatch between supply and demand,lack of pertinence,separation of medical care and support,and so on.By using the method and tools of service design,this paper explores the multi-demand of the elderly in the community pension service and the present situation of the old-age service,and uses the Kano model to identify and sort the acquired user needs.In order to build community medical care combined with pension service design strategy and model.At first,this paper investigates the present situation and problems of pension services,compares and analyzes the existing three types of pension models,and selects the case list for competitive analysis,analyzes and summarizes the value points and pain points of pension services at the present stage.After a semi-structured interview with elderly users,community workers and health care workers,the target user needs are classified into three categories:daily care,health care and emotional support,and the direction of service design is obtained.According to different criteria,the elderly are divided into five types: stability,decline,disability,family dependence and social dependence.Finally,the Kano model is used to classify and rank the needs of the elderly in different groups,so as to output the service design strategy for different groups of the elderly,And under the background of this strategy,the design practice of community medical care combined with old-age service is carried out.
