| With the development of society,people pay more and more attention to medical health.As an important part of social public affairs,the medical service of community health service center has been promoted to the strategic position of priority development.As a safe,efficient,convenient and low-cost public health service,community health service is in line with the increasing demand of the public for health services.It is an important part of urban health work in China and a basic link to improve people’s health.However,at present,the pressure of large public hospitals is increasing,but the number of community health service centers is very small.In order to solve the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment",the government has put forward the policy of vigorously developing community medical treatment,and put forward the strategic goal of "minor illness can not go out of the community,serious illness can only enter the hospital".Through literature review,this study summarizes relevant research on community health service centers at home and abroad,but there is still a lack of research on patient experience.From the perspective of service design,combining with the concept of service design and means and consumer behavior theory,community health service center in guangzhou city as the main research object,by using the method of the service blueprint will be user community health service center in the process of consultation process,step by step on factors which affect the clinic experience and satisfaction to the observation and analysis,With KJ method for some may directly affect the consumers’ perceptions of experience satisfaction factor,and data services after the screening and classification,through the questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data,and results of these data through SPSS26.0 software are factor,reliability and correlation analysis,and to evaluate the influence degree of the influencing factors,Find out the effective influence of consumer service experience and satisfaction factors and the internal relationship between the influencing factors.Paper based on the influence factors of experience and satisfaction to the patient and their inner link,combined with patient needs,reference and learn from the case good practical experience and research results,to optimize the service experience as the goal,to improve process,puts forward more in line with the current social environment of community health service center service system optimization design,It opens up new ideas for optimizing the service mode and upgrading of community health service centers in the future. |
